I had a mostly satisfactory experience with this company. They put in their best effort to retrieve what was lost, and even though it took some time, they were able to retrieve a substantial portion of what was lost for me.

Be careful with this company and do not put any money. They say first they recovered your money then was sent out to cold wallet. Afterwards 10% transaction history has to be made to send out to the exchange in order to prevent a blockage as money laundering. Then they say you need to put gas fee and stil dit not get out. If it turns out that I receive my money through this company I will give a positive review and withdraw this one but now I was dealing with that for two weeks to get my money, Now it is time to go to report them everywhere to make you aware.

Do not get involved with this company you will only lose more money, they seem very nice to talk to at first it was great but then they said we need to make a transaction history on the Block Chain so we had to put money in to send to our Cold Wallet so we did, big mistake anyway they said they will start sending the Ethereum so they sent it but nothing come through to the exchange then they said we have to put more money in to pay for Gas.That is as far as we got as they have taken the rest of our money we had saved up. I am happy to leave a positive review if we get our money from them but i don't think it is ever going to happen. I am wondering how they got all of their positive reviews when they are scammers.

FRS has been misleading as far as retrieving my monies. At the outset I informed them that I could not use any monies until the transaction was completed, I.e. The gbp retrieved is in my bank account. This did not happen, although they informed me initially I needed to create a history of transactions, they did not mention that I needed to use 10% of my own monies to achieve the result, at the time would have been £60,000. All that was achieved was wretchedness on my part as thinking I was finally going to obtain positive results but sadly to no avail. In my opinion this company should be approached with trepidation when cryptocurrency is involved.
