Five stars aren't enough! This seller offers a superb selection of cellphone parts at competitive prices. I recently purchased a replacement part, and not only was the ordering process seamless, but the product arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended
Ordered parts for a phone. Was quickly supplied with a FedEx tracking number that showed the package was recieved in Henderson Nevada. No update for almost 3 weeks. Contacted the seller to find out what was going on. They immediated refunded partial payment keeping the shipping cost. Their claim was the shipper could not deliver to my PayPal supplied verified address and had returned the shipment to them. 3 weeks and they never reached out there was a problem and was quick to cancel the order keeping the un earned shipping costs only after I inquired about the order.
The Honor 8 finger sensor, have a push switch built-in with tectile feel. What I received did not have that. It fit the phone well.
Part was not new as the worker and website claimed to be. Has signs of scuff marks scratches and finger prints and a hair behide the lc screen. I believe they are reusing or refurbishing their own items from working phones even though the item did work and seems to be operating normally and properly it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth
I took the shipment by myself i go to more then 150 KM, They did not but my mobile number in the shipment description
The part arrived as expected and on time. And the advertisement I saw that the touch screen and the frame came with a small tool kit. My order did not include the toolkit.
I purchased a replacement screen for my Pixel 3a XL along with the recommended tools to remove the old one and tape in the new screen. I completed the process easily and the screen appeared to work properly until I noticed when I pressed on the lower portion of the screen lines appeared through the length of the screen. I requested a return as they offer a warranty on defective products and they accepted it with the explanation I gave. After sending the screen in they sent an email saying their manager declined the return and sent me a picture of the exact problem I described. I have emailed them and called them with only one response saying the manager's decision is final.
Horrible customer service and they won't give me a real explanation other than the product is defective/damaged for the exact reason I sent it in.
So update. They replaced the screen and made things right. I got in contact with a customer service rep named "Michael" he did good and took care of things. He still tried to talk me into the damage being my fault but ultimately they made things right.

Product was as described so 5 stars there. Ordered it on a Saturday but didn't get it until Thursday. Given this is a phone replacement part in an Amazon 2 day shipping world, $7 for shipping that takes 5 days is ridiculous.
Paid like $10 to receive this in 1-3 days, it was on day 5 that I received my order. A bit irritating, but other than that, so far so good
One of the items I ordered (an iPhone 6 battery) came without the Plastic Opening Tool, Adhesive Strip, or iPhone 6 Disassemble Guide as was mentioned in the ad. The other item I ordered was as advertised.
