Ordered food for the family, waited patiently, and when we got it home, it was like they didn't even read the ticket. Special requests were ignored, items were missing, and one of the meals had something in it we don't eat for personal reasons. Called the store, and they offered a replacement but didn't seem to understand the seriousness of the mistake. No refund, no accountability. Just a cold, dismissive tone like we were the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

One of the best places for a quick burger. A pretty good rival to McDonalds/ChickfilA. If you are looking for a juicy burger, get to Five Guys asap boysss

Ok I really love five guys, for one the fries are actually real unlike most places, and the burgers remind me of my childhood, but I have one problem and that's the prices, a small cheeseburger is almost 9 dollars, which really is a kick in the $#*!(not to sound like a cheapskate.). If it weren't for the $#*! shriveling prices, I would have given this place a 5.

23.00 for a burger, small fries small soda. And horrible. Get McDonald's for superior food and price.

There was a wait but to be fair there were ~15 people before me. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way with no bun and no side with a regular drink and it was ultra delicious. It helped that I just came out of a 10-day fast but really, take a look at that picture and tell me if THAT doesn't look great!
On a side note, I feel bad for those ordering delivery. Most of the people picking up orders had no insulated bags and those who had them didn't zipper them. Welcome to cold food.

If you ever have to deal with corporate... prepare for the fast shuffle. Trying to use their gift cards has been frustrating. Lately... a mess. Now finger pointing between corporate (they just sell franchises) their pos vendor and local owner and cashstar - their gift card processor.

Five Guys is the only fast food of its kind that I'll eat now. The design of the restaurant allows customers visual access to much of the kitchen and prep areas, so I can honestly attest to the cleanliness of the store, generally speaking, each time I visit. The burgers are delicious, and there are more options for burger toppings then can usually be found in other stores selling burgers. I can't rave enough about the french fries! I love that they're made from potatoes as one would make fries at home, were one not too lazy (that one would be me).

I really have no complaints about Five Guys. As I said, that's the only place where I'll go for a burger and fries.
