Purchased before on here and all good. On this particular purchase I must have made a mistake as the product I received was incorrect. I reached out to my contact and the whole issue was rectified within a matter of hours. Very happy.
Communication, very responsive to all questions and booking was easy. All that is left to do is to get 'Fish On' !

No timely nor proper response on service enquiries. After I checked the availability on the system (payment process). I had received first a call and later on an SMS informing me that there is no availability for the intended dates.
Had a good experience. The only thing I would is the money back cancellation. 3 or 4 day notice would be better than 7 days.
I was surprised that the service was so good. I got help immediately by the chat for all my questions. I hope the fishing trip is just as good! I will leave a review after our trip :)

it asked for a local number but would not accept an Omani mobile number. it should state a landline number is needed or allow an Omani mobile number
