I've been waiting three weeks for a confirmed order. No customer service at all, tried calling and emailing. Will never do business with this First Deal ever again. Just ridiculous, tried emailing and calling but they block you from getting to anyone. Ordered I pods on Dec 3 but ups states they haven't even received the package nearly three weeks later. Stay away from this awful company. Never again...

I can't believe I fell for this $#*!. The Airpods I received are not Apple products. There is no such serial number. Karma is a $#*!. My brother-in-law is a Federal agent and lives in Astoria just like you do. He may be paying a visit.

firstdealoutlet.com site is a scam, complete BS! They sold cheap 10$ Chinese earphones in the name of Apple Aipods for 100$. Stop cheating people with your fake products. Also in the name of return policy you get store credit and they have nothing on the site worth buying. I am at 100$ loss, please dont buy anything from firstdealoutlet.com

My husband was buying apple air pods from them (or what he thought were apple AirPods Pro's) turns out they were knock offs, they don't come in a box and when ordered they never came within the time period they we're supposed to. Ordered on the 8th of December never came until after the 25th. They lie about everything and swear they contact you but there's no documentation from them or proof. They are basically scammers and doing a good job at it, I'll give them that. However they need to be shut down. Don't order from them and keep reporting them until they stop scamming and stealing peoples money.

We received defective airpods. I sent them back for replacement or store credit and have not received anything in return. I am out over $100. I cannot talk to anyone or get an email response. It's been a month.

Confirmed that I received fake Apple Airpods. Company will not refund money. Serial number of fake AirPods in picture.

I don't even want to give them 1 star, they are so not deserving. They sell you fake Apple products and then don't want to refund you for their fake advertising! They sold me AirPods that were from another set and when I tried to pair them I couldn't do it because the serial numbers did not match. I'm They hid their no refund policy on their page because they knew people would get tired of scrolling that far down the page. I will be reporting them to Apple and the BBB for their crooked dealing. I just want my refund!

Ordered "AirPods", which appeAred to be Apple. Defective. All way around. Have been trying to get credit or exchange since first of November. Now "January", won't return email questions and phone system won't work. Check BBB, not good reviews. Don't be scammed.

They're really friendly and very helpful. They took the time to work with me to make sure I bought the right chargers for our phones for the house and car and I ended up adding a set of AirPods that were on sale too. They sent everything to me very fast within one day or the order and I had the package at my door two days later. Everything so far our family says is great quality and they're all happy with everything so this order for a first time was awesome

I ordered something on Dec. 7th for my son's Christmas and NEVER received it... Went to "Chat" on line, because you can not talk to ANYONE, and still have not gotten back with me... So upset with this company, I would NEVER order from this website it totally is a SCAM! Promise! Needless to say, they did not care a bit that my Son did not get his Christmas!~ but they took my money really quick! How about that!

They shipped me fake airpods. I disputed the claim on my credit card, now they are threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay $450 and return the items for a store credit? They do not have a customer service phone number... Scam

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid for a set of earbuds In the early part of December. It is now April have tried to email them call them contact them through their website etc. no answer no earbuds no refund of my money. I can't believe I got caught up in their scam

I guess if it sounds too good to be true, it can't be true. Bought AirPod Pros for a Christmas gift. Serial number is fake. Now I have to replace the gift.

Made a purchase. Paid for item and my money was collected but still haven't received the item. Sent emails that were never answered.

I ORDERED AIRPODS ON THANKSGIVING DAY THINKING I WAS GETTING A DEAL. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND COULD NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE VIA EMAIL/PHONE. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY (FAKE AIRPODS) THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FEOM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT KNOCKOFF JUNK! I WILL PERSONALLY BE HAVING MY LAWYER HANDLE THIS MATTER. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING OTHERS FOR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS! I ALSO ORDERED A CASE THAT DIDNT COME ONCE I FINALLY RECEIVED THE AIRPODS.

Update Dec. 4th... received a call back from USPS after their investigation and they never recieved a package! Label was created online but never recieved the actual package! I again am changing my review back to a 1 star! And I have also emailed First deal back.

Update... i received a email from First deal explaining the shipment issue. Shipment should be here by the end of next week. They also gave me a $25 store credit and free shipping for all future purchases... customer service is polite and friendly. I changed my rating from a 1 star to 3. If my shipment arrives next week. I will a again update and change my rating if product is what I order. I do appreciate their customer service via email. I still feel as though things would have moved faster had I been able to talk with someone via phone.

Update: I have been contacted by usps and since it has been the 5 day grace period of since the label was created they are going to investigate the issue and contact me back. They are still has of now not aware of anything more then a label being created.

I order 2 sets of of airpods 2nd generation for Christmas presents for my daughters on Nov 21st. I thought I was getting a great deal. I checked reviews and they all seemed good. I guess I didn't scroll through them all. I've seen several others complaining of the same issue. I have not recieved my order so I cant say whether or not it is or isnt what I order. They sent me a email stating it was shipped on the 28th of NOV. But USPS is saying the label as been created but still awaiting package. The email I recieved from First Deal Outlet stated that sometimes that will not change until its closer to delivery date. However I order something yesterday and it was shipped economy shipping by usps from a unrelated company to First Deal and it is already in transit so not sure why First Deal Outlet is only experiencing this with their usps service. Had i known this would be a issue I would have paid extra for shipping but with it being 5 weeks from christmas I was thinking the economy shipping would be fine. I've contacted USPS and am waiting a call back. If my shipment arrives in the next few days I will change my review and post this as a postal issue but from the information I've gotten so far from USPS its not on their end. I also feel as though I would recieve better customer service if I could actually talk to someone on the phone then having to send a email. My fear is I'm out the money now and I have to fine replacement Christmas gifts for my kids because this was one of their most wanted gifts.

Tried to get a hold of the company since after xmas but they wont call or email me like after i bought the proudct they ghosted me so do not buy from them they dont have a custmer support in my mind

Do not waste your money they sell you something that does not work they do not return your money and when you return the product under their rules they answer that it was lost and you simply lost your money

They currently have a 'F' rating from the BBB.
Their return policy state "ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT - NO EXCEPTIONS"
