I ordered a set of AirPods and a leather case for it. Everything got here fast and I was sent email and texts to update me every step of the way. My first order went perfect I would recommend them to anyone looking for iPhone accessories which seems to be their specialty for their store. A+
These people are by far the worst electronics business I have seen. They sell counterfeit products like the airpods and claim them as real and their other products (chargers, wires, etc...) all malfunction very quickly. Buyer beware. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Nothing. I had to call my bank for a refund. At first I asked for a refund from these scammers, and when they were unresponsive, I had to go to my bank and ask for the refund. Usually the bank asks for proof and other things and also contacts the merchant. This place blocked my account when I got the bank involved, but thankfully I was able to screenshot all the proof I needed for my refund. Do not buy from them at all.
Short version: Stay away from this sketchy seller - questionable sales practices and no post-sale communication or support.
I purchased Apple Airpods Pro (Latest Model): Complete Set with Wireless Charging Case (product listing) from FirstDealMax. Received reassuring update email updates and eventually the delivery. I bought these to replace previous genuine (bought from Apple) AirPod Pros I had lost. I knew how real AirPod Pros were supposed to sound and work.
Bottom line is the "Airpod Pros" from FirstDealMax came in a plastic pouch (no Apple box)... no big deal. The charger and pods were missing the serial number and correct model number stamps (pictured). Sound was inferior and device connectivity was not as streamlined as genuine AirPod Pros. I attempted to contact FirstDealMax via their web submission form, reply to their support email address and finally called the phone number which just refers the caller back to the website to submit concerns. No response - crickets. Finally submitted charge dispute with VISA for counterfeit product.
Stay away from this sketchy seller - questionable sales practices and no post-sale communication or support. Willing to change opinion if they respond and act responsibly.

Don't buy anything from here. You will get the item. Good price. But it won't work. Got some AirPods and the sound work but when you talked to people it sounded like you were far away. Don't trust any review that says these people are trustworthy it's probably just them writing they're own reviews. You've been warned. Shop at your own risk.

It has been 5 days since card was charged and NO info on when this item will be shipped. No info at all
No way to contact these people by phone and etheir web site says email response is up to 72 hours - that is 3 frickin days! Not sure this business actually exists
