They will loot you for gift wrapping Rs40, they will wrap the gift with their logo printed paper and we will carry and do advertisement for them and they will charge Rs 40.

Today I had this kind of experience with First Cry shop in Aluva and I will make sure that never ever I will go for shopping to First cry and also make sure that my friends and relatives also are aware of this looting.

Simply they give offer they charge double money
And cod charges and shipping charges is also high
Somtimes the quality of products is very poor
And they offer frree at three offer i always order at 3 but they lure PPL in the name of free all fake cheaters you won't get free it's all fake im trying from 5 years

Worst experience with this site because customer support system is not ready to solve your problem if they are not solving the problem of customers then what is the benefit of this site who is not fulfil demand of customers.

I just asked for missing items in my product
The lock set was missing
I only asked for missing parts
They told me they will file for missing parts only and I will get my missing parts
I get many calls from courier person that they are going to take my product
I want the missing parts only
It's a minute thing
I paid so much for my item 7400rs
I wrote emails to customer care
What I get is robotic answers and both the times answers were same
Robot chats are useless
I cannot dismantle my drawer as it is hard. If I dismantle and it breaks, money will go from my side only.

It's perfect, n the packaging was also Gd, thank u first cry, plus the product exceeded my expectations
