I ordered dresses for my son. It's very good quality and reasonable price. Now I am also order two dresses for my daughters. It's has very good quality
I had ordered a stroller which I want to return it back. Spoke to executives multiple time and they have pissed me off. Attached are the order details and return policy for this clearly returnable product. I tried everything to explain the executive but they unable to even understand the least. I am again raising the return request and if it does not get processed, I am uninstalling the firstcry app in my mobile. And if need comes I am ready to fight it in consumer courts.
If you want to order from Firstcry make sure you opt of cash on delivery as there is NO guarantee you will receive the product so if you have already paid, good luck with getting the refund...ordered a baby item, waited for the item patiently for more than 9 days, No Site takes that much time pertaining to where I live, but here we are, finally thought of cancelling the order as soon as I logged in, to may surprise they had already cancelled the item, no info, message, nothing...pathetic...
What happened to my delivery problem, first cry? I received reminders every day that it would arrive but do nothing. It was so disheartening to try and return an order but be denied because it was out for delivery.
I was FirstCry's most regular customer. Since August 2019 until now (March 2020), I have been buying stuff off FirstCry, spending thousands and thousands of rupees on them. But their customer service is the worst. There is no option to chat with someone online. The bot on their website, Fisty is the most useless help assistant ever. I made two transactions on their website recently. Both failed but my account got debited twice. I am still waiting for my refund. If and when it comes, they credit it to your FC wallet, not your bank. I am NEVER EVER going to shop on FirstCry again.
They have partnered with most lazy, sleepy courier service (xpressbee)
They sleep over your item, i have made 2 separate order on 09/10/20, which was shipped/hand over to Xpressbee courier on 10/10/2020, yet 1 order is in the destination city and 2nd one has not moved at all.
While tracking on 13th, for last 4days item is still at the same location and xpressbee has changed delivery date to 17th oct now.
Xpressbee courier service has no value for time. And they have some lazy people in there team as well

2. They refund your money for the cancellation of order either through cash refund or refund directly to your account.
Cons:
1. Low quality products.
2. Wrong information about tentative delivery dates.
3. No customer service
I have ordered many products more than three times with First cry.com. First time everything seemed good. Second time clothes quality was low and sent wrong size. And this time tentative delivery dates of products misguided too much. For few products it was displaying two day delivery for the given area pin code. After placing the order it's showing some other delivery date and one of the most important item I have cancelled due to delivery date.
Customer service is very poor. No chats with customer care representatives available. If you email about your query they won't respond. Sometimes they will reject your email.
The agent or the delivery person at Chiengkonpang, Churachandpur, Manipur were very very disappointed: they didn't pick up the phone for any queries and confirmation of the order. They always ignore the call of the customers. It really hurt the sentiment of the people who love the product s of FIRSTCRY.
Good product but very bad delivery partner not delivering in time and giving stupid remarks very bad customer service, need to improve.
Overall this website is good, but customer care and shipping time is too bad.
Some products are also over priced.
