Ordered a "Coach" purse for my daughter. The material started pulling away from the rings within the first two weeks. Finosale said I was responsible for return shipping and since it would cost too much if I bought another purse they would "give" me a extra free gift. NOT!

Tried to order a $66 purse with free shipping but my total came in at $450.88
So I cancelled the order.
What's up with that?
