Please stay away from them. SCAM SCAM SCAMI registered with them, I have not heard anything from them for 2weeks. They called me saying they are going to close my account. However I have to pay them £500, to get £ 4900, which they said I have generated. Was a lady who keep on calling me the get that 500 pounds from me. As I was refusing she bangs the phone on me. They keep on asking about bank details, credit card numbers, calling you anytime. Please scam scam scam. I have warned you. I am going to report them to the Police and to the Action fraud and all the social media, unless the Give me my deposit. I will take them far... Scam please do not

These company is full of scam run from they almost fleeced me to the last dime but I finally found help from glo bal rec overy funds. Org

Once they get money they will never give you a good service wont help or keep your account secure - dont go ear them.

Don't start trading before you learn all the tools and widgets on the platform, they literally changed the way I trade, especially the TipRanks which is awesome!

Nice place for Crypto trading, you can see that they update their Crypto asset list daily in accordance with what's going on in the markets.

They're really excellent, the only problem with them is that they're based in Europe and work on different hours. Support is available 34 hrs though so it's ok - worth it for the good spreads and rates they offer.

The only problem with this website is that it works in some EU countries but doesn't in others, so you have to connect with VPN and sometimes delete cookies. Other than that, great site, especially for beginner traders like me.

I've worked with faster, more intuitive WebTraders but theirs is nice. Also they have good service, which is very important because in some of these "brokerage houses" nobody answers the phone and they actually have people staffing the lines at all times.

The interface is really good and simple to use. The platform works fast, almost never gets stuck but it does happen every once in a while. The website is available in several languages but the translation is not always the best, so if you have fluent English, you should stick to that version. Overall, a good place to do trading.

Don't go for all the big fancy accounts, settle for bronze or silver, it will be just fine and it has everything you need to trade without any hassle.

I have opened a account with this company two weeks ago, I had three different account managers, I had constant calls about more money, I fekt really pressured, I was treated like $#*!, I asked to close my account and am still waiting fir a reply they are not professional, staff have no customer service qualities, I've sent mail after mail, no reply, I will and have already started action against this company, they are a disgrace, stay clear off them, go to é toro much better

This is the greatest Scam that has ever existed. Never i repeat never invest any coin with these thieves. To cut the story short, i saw a popup advert on my pc about amazon stocks. Then i clicked on on it. Shortly, a Lady calls. She was so convincing that one would expect this scam of our times to be a genuine investment. She then takes me through very quickly through the payment process. And i paid. After that so many calls from a guy who claims to be too busy with many customers calls and asks alot of personal information etc.
He promised one day of trading to show me how the system works and how profits are made. Then from there he starts to convince me for more money to be invested. Non of their phones is available or can be picked. They promise to verify your account but can never verify it or get back to you. What was more annoying when i asked for a withdraw, it was never processed and what they did, they started to trade my account without my knowledge only t open i find it transacting in red. As i type this i have just found the account transacting without my knowledge and with zero balance.
Please am advising the whole world and whoever reads this. NEVER INVEST IN THE SCAM CALLED FINETERO.

As long as you are aware that their sole purpose is to take your money, you will not be surprised or disappointed.
They have a particular M. O which goes as follows:
1) Constant phone calls or emails
2) 2) Attempt to get personal information from you (family etc)
3) 3) Some good trading advice initially which will see you make substantial profits... Objective: put more money into your account.
4) 4) The one trade that puts your account in jeopardy and requires that you deposit money to keep the trade open (this will work out if you put enough money in, but if you don't you will lose your account)... Objective: put more money into your account
5) 5) Difficulty in withdrawing any money, esp if it is more than your initial deposit.
6) 6) That "Once in a lifetime" opportunity. It may be an election, Brexit, a historical high of the Dow Jones or some other event. You will be pressurised into 'taking advantage' of this move in the market... Objective: put more money into your account.
7) 7) Psychological techniques. Your "trainer" will speak to you about gaining money to 'look after your family/retire/help people/ buy your dream house or car'. In fact he will say anything that will push your particular psychological buttons. This will be gained from the personal information that he has gained from you during numerous phone calls and emails... Objective: put more money into your account.
8) These are just some of the techniques they use. Remember these people are not honest. They are devious and are playing the long game... they know that the longer you trade with them the more likely they are to get your money. I only knew these details after Frederick_grayson at öutlook.com helped me recover my funds.

Do NOT start trading until you go over the Tip Ranks tool. It really helped me make sense of everything. Whoever came up with it is a genius!

Please REPORT this company! There is NOTHING legit about them! All info on their website is misleading! If you read through their T&Cs, they appear to be registered under 3 different companies: first Finplex Group LTD registered in Cyprus then if you scroll down they state the company is owned by Maxiflex LTD and right at the bottom of the page they state it is owned by Finetero Trading Ltd which is registered at a UK address?! This is what scammers do not to be tracked! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AND REPORT! Don't be fooled by the positive ratings on here, they are written by them! They are masters at STEALING money and LYING!
Also, DO NOT provide any of your personal documents (KYC) for your account verification as your account will NEVER be verified and you don't know how personal information will be used by them. STAY ALERT!
