I've placed several orders from this company and everything exceeded my expectations. The artwork has rich colors and crisp reproduction. The products I've ordered (mugs, bags, pillows) were excellently crafted. I was particularly concerned about the mugs not breaking during shipping; they were packed well and arrived intact without a single chip. I will definitely be exploring the work of more artists through FineArtAmerica and ordering more products.
The Ansel Adams print arrived blurry/ out of focus. Returned it. They refunded amount for the Adams. Stated policy they pay for return ($150) if there's "a defect in quality". There certainly was. They will not discuss. Do not respond to my emails.
I love FineArtAmerica and their products. They have a wide range of products that suit any taste and budget. Their wall art products are museum-quality and printed with archival inks that last for years. They also have home decor, apparel, stationery and more. They also have a simple and secure checkout process and a friendly and helpful customer support team. FineArtAmerica is the best online store for art lovers.
I had a friend who I wanted to buy photos she had been taking of wild horses and Fine Art America. I had never heard of them and I too am a photographer. I got the canvas prints and they were extremely well packaged and arrived the same day but separately. These were the first canvas prints I have even purchased and they seemed to be fine. One was a little off with the artists signature visible off to the side. I was not that uncomfortable but surprised how it got there since the main artist signature was on the front where it should of been. All in all, I was happy with the purchase and figured they would get it right in the future.
Loved all posters I have purchased. They were sent in a reasonable amount of time. Love being able to see how they would look in a room. The thing that irritates me is I do a screenshot of what I'm interested in then have trouble finding the image I want to purchase later on.
I use this as my personal print site! It's awesome for gifts, photos I've taken that I want to gift to family and friends. Where else can you get a custom coffee cup, puzzle, notecards or a pillow made that you don't have to order multiples? I have ordered numerous things to see delivery time and quality (as I was concerned if I gifted something and had read some bad comments) I have ordered the items above as well as those great cloth tote bags and everything came as promised timewise and looked awesome. EXCEPT a puzzle that is now a month behind schedule. Have sent an inquiry and will wait to see what they have to say.KW
Fine Art America puts out a good product, nice matting and frame for the artwork. They were somewhat slow in getting the picture, matting and frame put together, but it may have been because of the CoronaVirus thing going on during that time. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, but, again it probably was due to something they had no control of. Shipping was fast and the artwork was very well packaged.
FineArtAmerica advertises that they will refund a purchase if for ANY reason the customer is unhappy with it, BUT this is really NOT true. Obviously they do not want to give refunds.
If you want a refund, do not follow the instruction to mail back the print. Instead: just rip it up and take a photo of the ripped up print, and then send to fineArtAmerica the photo of the ripped up print using FineArtAmerica's Help page.
FineArtAmerica has given me the permission to do this, and I have successfully gotten my refunds in this way. For prints was was unhappy with. This procedure has worked well for me.
It seems that they really do not want to receive back an intact print that you do not want. Apparently they are simply not set up for storing and later retrieving prints that were mailed back to FineArtAmerica.
Tip for consumers:
The only sure fire way I have found to get a refund without going through alot of runaround is to simply rip up the print and take a photo of it and send the photo of the ripped up print to FineArtAmerica using their HELP page.
I do NOT recommend that you follow their instructions to mail back the print you do not like. This increases cost and work on your part, and the FineArtAmerica people do not even have a set up for receiving and shelving prints that a customer returns.

The package arrived promptly and the contents were in good condition. The mug is perfect, my friend loved it. But the little zipper bag was very difficult to zip. My friend had to apply quite a bit of force to open it. It is not very well made.

Found what I wanted and it was delivered in a timely fashion with the quality I expected. Communication on approximate shipping time could have been a bit clearer but overall it was a good experience. Would buy from FAA again.
It was easy to browse and purchase. Just some parts are a little clunky/dated. Could use a mini update/redesign. I didn't get the review email yet but it was so frustrating trying to fill out reviews for older orders. I didn't want to include my last name
Just not happy with $100 freight on my last order. It was very light! Mostly all pillows. All in one box.
I am now hesitant to order again.

After searching at Fine Art Ameria's website, I have found some artworks on dog painting from "LanLan Gallery" which looks so amazing and therefore ordered two mugs. I highly recommend this gallery to anyone who loves animals or pets. The finished products which are well packed had arrived at my home without delay despite pandemic prevailing worldwide and the product quality is really good.
Great products. On the few occasions where I have had issues, FAA has been quick to respond, very fair and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I love the designs but the styles of the masks are not comfortable. It sucks into my nose and mouth when talking.

I love the piece of art we chose. It's beautifully framed and mounted. The paper makes it almost look like an original. My only complaint is the outrageous cost for shipping.

FineArtAmerica is best. I'm generally satisfied with my purchases. FineArtAmerica is the best Home Decor site. Fine Art America is good for selling printed products. If your focus is selling fine-art quality prints online, then Fine Art America offers good profit margins.
We've bought 2 things from fine art America and really loved both pieces. The only strange thing is that when you first look something up it gives you a discount and says it is site wide up until a certain time. Then it disappears and you can't get it anymore unless you access the site through a different account.
I was very pleased to be able to order beautiful art with a choice of size and medium, and frame, custom-made and shipped to my door. All at reasonable prices. In an order of 3, one frame was less protected and got damaged. Otherwise, 5 stars.
This site has so much beautiful art. Could spend hours just looking at everything. I ended up purchasing some notecards. Thought they were a tad expensive but the quality of the cards is excellent. I'm sure I'll be back for more shopping in the future.

-logging in is just bizarre. I have a tendancy to forget my password. No prob. I create a new one. IF I do remember, it never seems to work the next time. There are no prompts to the 'requirements' of the password as per usual on most sites. So, who knows, what I'm missing or!? Small annoyance, but would be great if it worked out better if I could just log in. But even if I create a new one, and I then log out, then log in knowing exactly what it was, it doesn't work. Just odd!
