I placed an order for two types of filters. 8 units in total. I made an error on the size for one group, which was designated as 'custom filters'. I tried to correct/cancel the order a few hours of placement. The initial response was because they were custom I could not cancel the order. After a couple of email exchanges, a hero in the Filters Fast team (Sam) was able to cancel the order, even though they had already been shipped. Thanks very satisfied customer

“Don't give Filters Fast your email!”

To management at Filters Fast; I was a customer of Filters Fast for years, but ever since you began inundating me with many (many) multiple emails, I began to look elsewhere for my filter needs. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe from your emails multiple times with no relief, my resolve to not do business with Filters Fast has only strengthened. Don't try to apologize or make excuses like "We diligently care about our customers and strive to remove anyone who asks to be removed from our emails." I won't be buying that, because it's pure bs and you know it. Don't ask me for my email address because I have given it to you many times when I asked you to unsubscribe (a word you are apparently unfamiliar with) me from your email list. Instead, I have created a message filter that sends your emails to trash, where they belong. I don't care how good your filters are, or at what price; you have slit your own throats by your incessant email campaign that never stops and also by ignoring people who ask you to stop sending them emails. This is not a "technical glitch," it is a purposeful marketing ploy that will hopefully lose you tons of money. You have lost all credibility. My only hope is that this email will somehow wend its way to upper management, and that this will serve to cause as many resignations (or firings) as possible. I really doubt that will happen, but either way Filters Fast will never receive any more money from me. Don't bother trying to email me with excuses or apologies; I won't see your emails because they will also go to the trash folder as soon as they arrive. Max Todd

Here is an update to the review I originally posted (below).

FiltersFast was finally successful in convincing its vendor to double-box the product to protect it during shipping.

FiltersFast and its customers shouldn't have to go through such an ordeal. However, I give FiltersFast credit for pursuing the matter until it was finally resolved.

I purchased a product from FiltersFast.com.

I received the product in a reasonable period of time (drop shipped from the manufacturer). The product was damaged, and based upon the paperwork inside of the box, the product was previously returned by another customer. As instructed, I returned the product.

A replacement product was drop shipped by FiltersFast.com's vendor (the manufacturer). This product was received damaged.

I contacted FiltersFast.com's customer service ONE MONTH AGO. I still have not received a replacement product.

Customer service is polite, using sentences such as, "Thank you for your patience while we resolve this for you" but nothing is resolved.

All the while, FiltersFast has my money and I have no usable product. I've expended a lot of time via e-mail, telephone and driving to the Post Office to return the first unit that was delivered damaged.

Your time and peace of mind is worth more than FiltersFast.com is willing to deliver.

It was a pain to go to stores to get my fridge filter. Out of stock or non carry I just don't need to drive around even though it is easy to check online or call for availability. The price was half of what was paid for in the past and the quality has been good so far. There was a delay in delivery but that had nothing to do with the supplier. I will order again, thanks

I did receive an email reply from FiltersFast and they ended up giving me a credit for the shipping on my next order. It was good enough of a compromise. I'm satisfied and will be giving them another chance.

Made me pay $8.99 for return!

I ordered a refrigerator filter on a Saturday and tried to cancel on the same day. I even sent a text message like they ask/request that you do. Then on Monday I got a text message from them claiming that the order was already processed and it was too late to cancel?! After receiving my filter i went on there website to print a return label and they charge $8.99 for each return! I tried to call and get a FREE label because i didn't feel like I should have to pay for shipping item back when i cancelled the order on the same day. They told me "Sorry for the inconvenience". Never using them again!

R I am very happy with the savings on my refrigerator filters and appreciate the reminders to order via email. Thank you. Wish you carried the furnace filter in 16x25x2 but you only carry the 1 inch thick. The service is very good also.

Been using this firm for a few years now. Their prices are among the best and I always receive emails keeping me up to date as concerns my order. Shipping is s-l-o-w but free, so I can wait. Biggest prob is communication. Don't bother waiting on hold. Hit the star key and you'll get a return call. Probably in the middle of dinner.

First shipment was received quickly and exactly what I ordered. Haven't used refrigerator filter will be at a later date. Fingers crossed! Will give more detailed review when auto order ships. Only thing that threw me was the (I believe this was the amount) 4.95 shipping I noticed it after I finalized order but it was for quick ship and it was quick even by FedEx standards (LOL!) if I would have paid attention I would have caught it and probably would have got the free shipping(little tricky. Shame on you) but was thrilled to get it so quick so no problem. So so far you get 4.5 stars if it's out of 5! Keep up the good work. Hopefully I will get notified before next shipment. PLEASE!

Only complaint was it shipped FedEX, but had to go to the Post Office to pick it up? Otherwise great service, will probably order furnace filters from FiltersFast next time I need them!

Ordering the products was easy and much cheaper than other places. However, Filters Fast is not really fast. It took a good week for the products to ship and another good week for delivery. The products were what I purchased and installed with no issues. No other issues to report

Found exactly the filter model I needed for my furnace. This was after visiting stores and not finding the right filter. Price was right and delivery was prompt. I'm buying filters this way all time going forward.

The filter are what we need it for our refrigerator. The only left down is that the filters came with out the gaskets(rings) so i have to used the one that was on the old filter. I will appreciate if i could get the gaskets( rings).

Received the product as advertised and in the time promised. Process was easy and painless. Only one complaint. Your commercial on Sirius radio says the first filter is "free". I paid list price with no discount. Did I do something wrong?

This company has an excellent stock of filters, priced at slightly below what the mfr websites charge. I've had no problems with the service. Shipping is a tad pricey.

For many years I had always purchased my replacement countertop water filter cartridges from a company called IBS Lifestyle Solutions in Louisiana. But when I called the same phone number recently to reorder, a medical supply company answered so I can only presume IBS is no longer in business?

I then did a internet search and came across Filters Fast. I was shocked by the fact that the CBR2-10R filter was literally half the price that I used to pay from IBS! BUT I was a little dismayed when I received the filter and discovered the Filters Fast filter was MADE IN CHINA (what's new) and also states on the paperwork "Not performance tested or certified by NSF" I can only hope this filter is safe and works as well as the ones I always got from IBS.

Also, your paperwork and advertising lists the filter as PENTEK as the manufacturer which is what I always have purchased but the actual label from the filter says PENTAIR. This seems somewhat deceptive and dishonest.

I would love to hear your feedback on these comments. It could determine if I buy form this company again or recommend friends.

I am very satified with my shopping experience on filtersfast.com. Ordinarily I hate the auto ship options where sites just try and get you to buy things you do not really need. But on filtersfast, I do need filters shipped to me every 3-4 months and I don't really like stocking up on things like this. They have a wide variety of high end allergy filters and they have prices that are lower than that of home depot and lowes. They do not carry all of the brands but the do carry Honeywell which is what we typically buy.

Really not sure this filter is the correct one for my fridge. It is not as long and all the fittings do not look the same. Called customer service and they said it was a new mfg. I just put a new one in and this is a replacement to have on hand. The numbers match up but the filter just not look like it will be the correct replacement. I guess it will take six months to know.
