I am a hard to fit size (32F) so I was thrilled to find this site. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I phoned the toll free number the next day. The rep on the line was extremely polite and helpful, and I got my perfect bras soon after. Shipping takes several weeks, but I' m in Canada and they come from the UK.

I have still not received my package. I was sent a fake tracking number for Hermes Tracking. The package that that number was linked to ended up somewhere in Germany. I contacted customer service, concerned that my package may not be delivered to my address. They acted like I was an idiot for questioning it, and told me that they do not offer international tracking (very odd, every other store does this without batting an eye). So the number they gave me was fake. It was just for show. I have spent over $130 AUD and though this was a reputable site considering ASOS sells their items. If you want to purchase from them, go through ASOS. I had only used their website because ASOS didn't have my sizes (out of stock). Carrying the same sentiment as previous reviews, I do wish I'd checked the reviews for Figleaves more carefully. Regret, regret.
