When I ordered the coins and then redeemed them everything went exactly as expected. Service was monumentally quicker than other sites. The only issue was that some of the left over coins I had got wiped but the site told me to use the coins quickly because technically it is a violation of EA TOS so I ran into no problems there.
They made me verify my phone, email, credit card (four times), and my ID with a passport and a drivers license. Absolutely ridiculous. It took 3 hours for them to finally give me my coins, and then they limited the amount that I could accept. The customer service was no help at all. STAY AWAY
