Fibradetox

Both Fibra Detox & Maximum Burn have weight loss products. They give you a 14 day trial offer with the "if you don't cancel in 14 days we will bill you $86.95 and send you more" It takes 14 days to get the product so you don't even have a chance to try it to see if you like it. I called and cancelled, they said they had already billed me and couldn't reverse the charges, but then DIDN'T send me the product. A month later they billed me AGAIN after I called and told them not to. So I have been billed twice, over drawing my account once, and have received NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCT about $170 and change. Their Sales Rep was Argumentative (Very Defensive... as if he has to deal with this all day) and hung the phone up on me when I continued to ask him why, if they were going to bill me against my request, would they not at least send me the product. When I called back again they Immediately put me on hold and left me there. These people are not reputable and have ZERO concern for their customers.
