Had a bad experience and probably wouldn't of heard back if it wasn't for my review. They were full of apologies when they called and said they would offer a voucher as a gesture to gain my custom on a future purchase, tried to use it and it doesn't work, emailed them and no reply. I consider this rude and don't care what they now offer, I won't be using FFX for any purchase. Real shame.

Bought a pressure washer from them, had nothing but issues, it's been returned three times. I've asked for a replacement or refund, been told it's beyond the 30 days where they care about their customer so now I have a £625 lump of metal that's useless.
First time trying FFX but I will be going back to Sam Turner in future as they have great customer service and seem to care about their customers.
Tip for consumers:
Use Sam Turner instead. These guys don’t give a care in the world once they have your money. I’ve spent more time boxing up my pressure washer to send back that I have using it to pressure wash. Unfortunately they don’t care.

5 weeks on and this company still wont refund me for the item I sent back to them.
I have verified with my local post office that it was returned, they told me its either with FFX or at their local post depot, yet Yasin Afzal-Woodward and Beth Stanton-McGee@ FFX both caim to have not received it.

Delivered to the wrong adress and now they are not doing anything about it. Waited about a month to sort it but nothing. Lost my money

Armourguard did not have both boxes so one has to come from their supplier. The box that goes on top of the first is arriving on one day. And the second box on another day. I'm not sure when the connection plates are arriving.
FFX did not communicate with me, that there were two delivery dates. They just made the arrangement without any consultation. Noticed a single delivery notice for one box and was confused
Previously I've been happy with this company but I'm not as satisfied with this purchase experience given the lack of consideration and forethought factoring in the cost of these items.
Staff communication with me when asking questions has been forcoming and good, but have only been able to apologise for an annoying situation.

I've used FFX a few times lately, both directly and through internet market platforms. Every time as promised, clear and accurate item description, simple transactions, and on-time delivery. Pricing are comparable to or better than those of other retailers.

Don't buy from ffx
Give you a BS time frame to purchase a item for delivery next day and stay in all day no show. Plus to find 2 debit orders for the same item...what a joke...first and last time I buy from ffx.Best service and price from Powertools,ITS and Amazon. 14th November and still No item received...NO further reply from matey that responded to my rating!? NO reply from my email sent to ffx customer service regarding a refund for a double debit from my bank account...Appalling service...have never experienced anything like this from Powertools,ITS,Amazon and many more...

Bought a saw blade off their eBay site. Didn't arrive and no reply to messages absolutely terrible company to deal with. EBay gave me a refund in the end.
Avoid them.
I contacted this company about costoms charges before a purchase and they lied to me about the cost, I assume they say anything to secure a sale, then when I tried to contact them about this they just ignored all contact! Unbelievable.
If you are thinking of buying from this company think twice and if you are getting it shipped outside the UK stay well clear of them. Terrible experience

Ordered 17th Nov, recieved an email stating delivery would be 2-3rd Dec as item was out of stock.
First of all, why are they advertising and allowing people to purchase items that aren't even in stock!?
Secondly, I did not recieve the item on the dates specified. I then recieved a second email saying I'd recieve it on 12-13th Dec. Still no delivery.
Reached out many times via email to customer services but never recieved a response.
Rang this morning and was told the order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued...although I have not recieved an email confirming this, so I imagine thats soemthing I'll have to chase up next week.
Very disappointed & will never use again.

Ordered some items on the 29th of November for next day delivery, well i contacted after a few days, to ask where the items were, was assured and promised it would be there next day... Well few more days go by, contacted again same promises and assurances, I said I need it before the weekend as it's part of a birthday present. They promised and assured it would be here. Well it's well past the weekend it's the 6/12/22 When I contacted them for a refund they didn't seem that bit bothered about messing me around, I even said I have to keep chasing you up. It's unprofessional, I am so done with FFX never again! I have to wait for my refund now. Terrible service.

Brought my father a dewalt coat from them for Xmas wrapped it up gave it to him Xmas day and the adapter you need for it to work wasn't in the box as it should be. Contacted them and they are unwilling to help awful company
Bought a hedge trimmer through from FFX through Ebay 18th August. Delivery promised for end of week, using DPD. Emails saying "delivery tomorrow", "delivery today between 4 and 5". Total Bull**** No show, looked at emails and DPD had already sent one at 3.10 saying sorry missed you, and sending a completely spurious photo of a locked gate, unfortuantely for them one I recognised 200 yds away from me in the same village - obvoiusly one. Total liars, they had never even been there that day. Perfectly normal location, house name displayed etc - Friday afternoon, driver just couldnt be arsed. Worse still, DPD then caimed to have returned the item to FFX - personally I think its been sold down the pub on a Friday night
Point is, whatever FFX do well, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNTIL THEY STOP USING DPD, ABDS YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO SEE YOUR GOODS. They have now had my money for 10 days and I have no machine - now I have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund!
No point in complaining to DPD, only their customers FFX have the power to inflence the survival of their business, which is why I say again DO NOT BUY FROM FFX

THEY ARE INCOMPETANT LIARS, AND YOU WILL JUST END UP WASTING YOUR TIME AND MESSING ABOUT TRYING TO GET A REFUND WHEN DPD FAIL TO DELIVER YOUR PURCHASE
