Being a free site, fetster raises your hopes up high, but they quickly fell for me. Signing up for fetster for the first time, I was ready to meet someone, specifically, a girl, who I wanted to develop a good relationship with. However, I didn't get a good first impression, as the first message I received was from a fake account who was deleted. I then began my search. I found some who I messaged but they didn't get back to me. Finally, when I thought I found the one, boy was I wrong. I was almost scammed of everything. I vowed to never return. I decided to give fetster a second chance when this girl who found my name emailed me. This time, she coaxed me into giving out my address to her, and it so happened that I was still living with my parents. She sends me all this stuff claiming me as her "soul mate" when we haven't even met irl. She was just desperate. The last straw was when she asked me for a whole $2,000. When I tell her that there was nothing I could do, she turns on me, but I blocked her. Fast forward to 2020 and then I find myself back at fetster. This time, I discover the darker side, trafficking. I found several girls who were coaxed into becoming slaves for a high pay. I tried to persuade this one girl that she was human as had free will, but she was already brainwashed. I was saddened by this. I did find this one lady who we talked every day. We went as far as exchanging pics and planning to meet. Sadly, she disappeared. I took a break from fetster, until this year. Nothing changed. All the girls who I met were financially behind and tried to make me their bank. This one girl even secretly made me her guardian without my consent! I blocked her right then and haven't heard from her sense. The last thing that sealed the deal was another girl who just kept asking me for money for things, especially when she wanted to come and see me. Things didn't work out. She didn't have the money to fix her car the first time and then didn't have the money to pay a fine for an unfair stop by the cops. Then, she persuades me to send her money so she could invest in gold! And then the agent has my info in their database! All of these stories of mine prove that if you're a guy, don't even bother with fetster, even if you think you have the one, don't let your guard down. I'm done with fetster and never going back.
Be very careful. Know when to cut a relationship off. Know the signs of a scam. Make sure you find someone that is able to be stable financially. If you're a girl, watch out for thirsty guys that just try to hit on you. If you're a guy, be decent, don't just hit on someone. Introduce yourself, don't just cut to the chase.
