Feelunique has been a lifesaver for my access to some good products that I came to love in the UK, but can't easily get since I've moved to a small town in Germany. I've done maybe 3 or 4 orders in the last year, and they've always been fast and reliable.
Terrible customer service as they don't get back to you! Appalling! Plus they use Evri for delivery and they are just as appalling!
My parcel never arrived and they refuse to refund or resend it as it has been over 35 days and I have not notified them. For such a big company, I expected that if the package could not be delivered I would be informed again and they would not just pocket over a hundred euros from a customer who trusted in them.
It seems the only way I can reach his disgusting company is through bad reviews. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. This company is a total scam. They offered to replace or refund my lost products however after my given response I have received no response from them. They have blanked me for days on end. You'll never catch me recommending this atrocious company to anyone else. Please don't buy from here there are better companies out there that value their consumers.

None - the experience was really bad. Shipping took forever & when I finally received it, the product came out all over the box and was leaking thru the box. The items were not securely packaged. To add insult to injury they are non-responsive so I can't even get a refund.
They lost my package and i was contacting them for 2 weeks straight to figure out what is going on. Finally they decided to refund me but guess what? They only refunded me for the product but not shipping? Are you kidding me?
Refund me the whole amount that i paid for my order INCLUDING shipping. Why do I as a customer have to pay for mistakes of YOUR couriers? Is that how you make money? Lose packages and then profit off shipping?

I brought this serum but after it arrived it turns out that someone else already used this item.
Package was damaged and the bottle itself has marks (like from lipstick) scuffs and scratches.
I'm very disappointed and want my money back!
I ordered from feelunique and the parcel was delivered miles away. They said I put the address in incorrectly but I put in my postcode and choose from the drop down menu. The house number a street are correct but the city was wrong. They will not concede their website error and insist I put in the wrong city. This is impossible after you have used your postcode as a reference? Stay away from this site.

Don't use the automated address finder. Even if you put your correct postcode in they send it to a different city. Then they don't care.

I made a purchase about 24 hours ago of an item that has been sold out by the manufacturer and just about everywhere else. Everything about this screams "scam "to me. The website stated if I made over a $50 purchase shipping was free and if I made over $75 purchase that shipping with tracking would be free however, upon check out I was charged $20 for shipping with 2 to 4 day shipping as being the only option. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back and I'm starting to feel like I got took for my money

Exactly as I said in my title. I signed up and started receiving multiple promo codes with massive discounts. I was finally tempted with a 30% off voucher, placed and order worth over 100 EUR and it never turned up and I've never been able to get in touch with customer support, constantly ignored. Horrific experience, avoid if you dont want to be scammed!

Use Cult Beauty instead! Or Cloud 10. Or Selfridges. Or Sephora France. Of Birchbox.... I can go on and on, there are so many great online beauty stores there is no need to get scammed by FeelUnique

They sent my order to an address they had on file for years, despite my filling in my current address when I checked out. People at the old address, where I hadn't lived for over two years, either stole or threw away the package. Now feelunique is saying it's my fault and won't reimburse me. Avoid - do not waste your money. There is nothing on their website which can't be bought elsewhere from a company which sill actually try to sort out problems if they arise. Just sorry that I spent £34 to find out how awful feelunique.com is.
Still waiting for aftershave bought from this SCAM site which was NOT cheap £78 to be exact!... I will be reporting this SCAM company to TRADING STANDARDS... you say your goods are with Hermes which is a lie as Hermes didn't even receive the package from your FAKE company I will also be reporting your Instagram account to them and Facebook! Feelunique was always a great brand with superb customer service. However since the changeover to Sephora I have received really poor customer service. No response to queries via email or phone and good luck with any returns it takes a while to get to them and then you have to wait over 10 days (if you're lucky) to get a refund... avoid!

Awful customer service experience when chasing a delayed order. The customer service emails & live chat were very impersonal & i received responses that felt like they were copied and pasted from a set of prepared answers. Lacked any genuine feeling apologies for the delay on their part. Will be unsubscribing and deleting my account as a result of this experience. I would recommend using any their direct competition instead.

They dispatched my order to an old address on file. I have not lived at this address for 3 years. The products I ordered were medically necessary, they're stealing from people.

I bought 4 products, received only 2. After many complaints I got an incorrect refund, there's money missing. I'm already complaining for almost one month and I still didn't get the correct refund. Will never, ever buy anything from this company again, first and last time. Terrible costumer service and thefts.
Order was split into two without informing or explaining, never sent a notification that either was shipped, shipped late, one of the split orders arrived with a missing item and when I contacted them, they said the other item went out of stock (also didn't send or inform till I sent asking) so they'll refund it and the missing item. Very unprofessional, no respect to the customer, and their replies are irritating and robotised (if not for the grammar mistakes, I would have thought it a bot).

FeelUnique is on the verge of breaking the law as they are attempting to steal our money. We have returned our entire order, but they claim we returned only the free gift that came with our order. Is anyone can believe that the buyer sending back the free gift only?! It's absurd. Anyway, Fortunately, I always take a photo and video before I return items back. In the shop where I returned the parcel back luckily they have CCTV. I have paid £249. Do not trust this company and always take photos and videos when you return something for them just for proof. If you are a scammed buyer like me, don't let this happen to you, call your bank and open a dispute and request a charge back! Easy.
I have been waiting for my delivery for 9 days with no sign of it being put out for delivery, I emailed you with no response about an update on my delivery. Can I please be provided an update or a refund at this rate. Really disappointed with terrible service.

I contacted feel unique about a purchase I was charged for but not sent any details about. The care advisor told me it was not their problem and I should just contact amazon pay - even though the money was in their account and I had shown bank statements. I spent over an hour dealing with the issue after they got in touch over 24 hours later. They DO NOT reply in 5 hours like their website says.

You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Refusing to refund me for a product that you mistakenly shipped to me. The item was never used, the packaging was not open, it was sent back with all of the original packaging and cellophane intact. You are a scam. I ordered the advent calendar and I'm still waiting for it, it was meant to arrive two days ago and no updates or nothing were given, if I had known they were shipping with hermes I would never have ordered! Fed up and the agent I spoke to on webchat was very useless all she raised was for it to be investigated but no rough idea of how long it can take never again!

Ordered & paid an extra £6 to have my perfume order gift wrapped. Needless to say, it wasn't wrapped. Made multiple attempts to contact them, never got an answer to any emails/web chat/web forms & lines are closed due to Covid. Customer service is as non existent as their gift wrap... however, they take your payment easily enough.
