I bought something from Walmart online, and it was sent over to FedEx for the delivery. FedEx gave me a delivery date and all of a sudden that they had no clue what happened to my order. I signed up for FedEx text message, FedEx manager to keep track of my order. My 6 year old nephew said to me that they must be stupid. I had to laugh, that a 6 year old can say that a delivery service are stupid. I'm supposed to go into the hospital on Friday the 10th of June for knee surgery. I'm am going to sue the hell out of FedEx for misinformation on delivery. The CEO is going to have to retire if I sue FedEx. So they better hope my item shows up on Wednesday the 8th of June or before I go into the hospital I will contact my lawyer and will sue FedEx for a lot of money.
I used to use USPS as a service provider, but I was advised to try fedex as they said is more reliable and may cost as much. I opened an account with fedex and sent a package with a pre-paid return envelope for the same package. Fedex guy charged me around $14 to send the package and fedex charged me more than $40 for returning the same package for the same turn around time. I contacted fedex asking for an explanation or adjustment and to unsubscribe me from fedex after dozen of emails they responded to the second part of the request but never provided an explanation as why I was overcharged for the exact same service
FedEx is the absolute worst parcel carrier in the whole wide world, hands down! Their booking agents are fully clueless and they do NOT even have customer service, none that I ever experienced. It doesn't matter if you email them a thousand times or call, you never get a soul! I just booked a pick up over the phone, for a client, using their account number and the brainless lady that scheduled it never mentioned a bar code label, nor sent me one to our email (how would I know when we do NOT use FedEx?) I addressed the package properly and when they came they would NOT take it saying it needs a scan bar! I've emailed and called with the confirmation number I was given and I never got a reply nor label even still! It shipped UPS!

I shipped two packages together they got separated. Paid the over 800 to ship bowling equipment together for the 2 day shipping. One shows up a day late the other has yet to show up three days later. The tournament is over the bowler had use someone else's equipment because all of theirs were in the bag that I have yet to receive. Their weekend is ruined and I have to go home in a few days and still don't know where over a 1000 dollars worth of bowling equipment is. Even with a refund it won't take back how much better the bowler would of done with his own equipment. So thanks fedex for screwing what could've been 9 great games for them.
I tried to get my new Japanese Maple shipped via ANY courier other than Fedex. Sales folks@ Fedex apparently do a much more effective job signing up customers than they effectively ship. No surprise--shipment late and I now expect the small tree to be stressed and maybe dead. Lousy communications with ineffective data. My laptop computer has been in Oakland for 8 days and was released from Customs two days ago. The idiots who work at Fed Ex have no idea when it will be put on a plane and have not scanned it since Thursday. So far it has not been put on a plan Thursday night 2 June and Friday night 3 June. One wonders what they do at the Oakland Fed Ex facility, since they do not put a cleared package on a plane two nights running. I can see form other reviews that Fed Ex is falling apart. Consider shorting their stock.

After many phone calls to find my package (the people who answer all read from the same script) I finally got to a supervisor who literally said, "The good news is we didn't lose it. We know where it is." I said great why don't call the supervisor at that location and ask him/her to put it on the next truck coming into my community. He replied, "Oh I can't do that. We are much too busy." Seriously?
So a second day package took 10 days to arrive. The stickers on it showed it had arrived in Miami before the storm in Memphis blamed by the service people. They lied when I was told repeatedly the package was delayed by a storm in Memphis.
Fed Ex's dispute resolution department is even worse. There's some elaborate procedure one must go through to set up a claim file and then, in the end, the claim person will tell you to just go away--after paying the full charge.

I was here all day up to after that time and there was not a knock on our building door which my apartment unit was the first door past the main bldg door and I would have known because my dogs would have barked. Anyways, so I called the shipper and complained. They said to call fedex so they can redeliver. I called fedex customer support and even gave the access code to the building. They said they will redeliver by 4pm or 4:30pm. Guess what? They did not! Today I receive an email saying that the package is ready for pickup at a location. WTH?! I called the shipper again and was instructed to call fedex again because they did not follow through with what they said yesterday and the customer support was no support. He just said that that is the info they have. I said that is the info that was emailed to me today so I am calling about their word that they will redeliver yesterday and was expecting to even do so today at the very least but no, even customer support sucks. I told them that i will call my employer and tell them to not use fedex for important packages because it is unreliable. If the shipper had used USPS, my package would have gotten to me way sooner, even with signature required, it would've been cheaper as well. FedEx is not worth the fee they get paid. Service sucks!

I have my package stuck from December 2021 and every single time I call to follow up, I am told with the same answer, "they don't know when it's going to be released" Never provided with any alternate solution. First told that if the package wasn't delivered to recipient in 30 days, it will be sent back automatically which didn't happen. And then when I call in February, I was told for the end of April. Then it changed to by the end of May and now they don't know. Tired of calling them and listening the same stuff over and over again. And the most disappointing part is that they don't even care!
Fedex Prices are an outright robbery and then they never can make the next day service on Next day. They never offer money back and the automated answering robot is obnoxiously rude and does not allow you to speak to any one in person plus if they ever do you won't understand their accent It's a company that is not aware that we do have other choices.If you are a business do not use fedex.
I had two deliveries scheduled with fedex, and they were not only delayed twice also the quality of the delivery was so poor, the delivery guy did not even have the courtesy to say hello just dumped the packages in front of the garage and left when we were right there trying to help him get it down.

When FedEx delivers pkgs, they instruct their drivers to decide where to leave the pkg. They tell them to try not leaving the pkgs at the front door. So when they deliver to my house they refuse to leave it at my front door. Instead the drivers leave the pkg somewhere on my property, but it's up to me to find where they left it (almost like the game, Clue). They've left pkgs in a lawn tool storage box at the back of my property, they once hid it inside my garage because the garage door happened to be open when they arrived, or inside a newspaper box etc. And they don't notify you as to where they hid the pkg, either, You have to guess where it is. I called FedEx to complain. They said I can't file a complaint if I ended up finding the pkg because technically the pkg was delivered and I did receive it, even though I had to search my property to find out where it was hidden. I went to the FedEx distribution facility and tried to file a complaint. I asked them to put a note on my account saying that I want pkg's delivered to the front door. Nope, they can't put notes on a recipient's address. I asked for a supervisor. The rep disappeared for a while and came back saying that she explained my complaint to the supervisor and he said he was busy having lunch so he couldn't come up front to speak with me but he's call me later (his bologna sandwich was more important than dealing with an unhappy customer?). I never got the call that was promised. Am I surprised?. NOT. When I can, I now tell suppliers not to ship to me via FedEx. I now refer to this company as FedUp!
My international documents $150 were not sent to the addressee, but instead returned to me by dropping them under my entrance door. No any online tracking information was/ is/ will available about the return! I requested my money back by calling and opening a case of return before 30 days according to the FedEx policy. Time was flying by; however, no any return was received. I called again with my inquiry they again opened a new case of the return money. However, this time I also didn't receive any return on my credit card back. I went to FedEx to talk face-to-face about my issue, however the FedEx representative just provided the customer care number and said I've to call them again! I called again, the representative said I give you your money back and you will receive them in 24-48 hr. I was waiting…. After, I received nothing again, I was calling to the representative again! The representative told me that we can not return your money back because those money won't go on your credit card but on the account which we have from USPS store with us. USPS-Global Express Guarantee- FedEx——- this is their chain of command. The nice lady representative just gave me her own advice to call to my credit card and dispute that payment and it the only way how I can receive mg money back. Later, I received a latter from the FedEx that………. " claims for loss or damage must be filed within a maximum of 30 days from the date the package was tenders for shipment!" The manager from the Land O Lakes USPS during our phone conversation told me: " I just will hand up on you! Call better to the Consumer Affair, may be they can help you somehow!

They have delivered 2 packages to someone else and refused to admit it. Now I will have to ask any merchans if they send their goods with fedex and if they do, I will shop somewhere else. I am going to boycott the company until they improve their service.

In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
