Their tracking system is trash to start off with. I was so confused trying to track my package, secondly there is ALWAYS a delay and whenever it is delayed they still don't stick to the ETA/ there is no updated ETA at all. Like always I have never shipped with them by choice and every time something is sent to me through them it is either delayed, damaged or LOST! I ordered a pair shoes from Nike and i am yet to receive it.
Fed ex sucks worse than an underage prostitute with buck teeth. If your purchase involves fed ex you should do without and save money. I have been a shipping clerk for 40 years so I should know. If you like damaged boxes with spoiled goods that arrive hours late then they're your go to, otherwise BOYCOTT ALL BUSINESSES THAT USE FED EX. You will end up with some trash and an overpriced bill. We couldn't even rely on them for my wife's medicine. Just dump a $12,000 box on the communal porch at 8pm! When we told her doctor that they would be among the list of defendants when something went wrong they quickly made other arrangements and notified us that they did so. You must do this too. Fed ex must be driven out of business for the good of all humanity. If you are 'forced' to use fed ex, bail and do without, save money and frustration. All their employees should be euthanized before the end of the day for the greater good.
FedEx has to be the worst delivery service. I buy from the same place quite often and whenever packages come from their North Carolina warehouse, specifically Concord North Carolina it's ALWAYS late, not some of the time but ALL of the time. Packages scheduled for delivery on a Wednesday don't arrive until Saturday. Packages scheduled for Saturday don't come until the following Thursday. I truly hate FedEx.
My wife is a Police officer and ordered tires and fed ex said they delivered them and my cameras don't show any one at my door or I never signed for any package … which means fedex kept my package or gave to wrong address … this is a problem for us and we expected more from fed ex … use another company if you can

This is the worst delivery service. I have been waiting at home all day for a package to be delivered. I literally did not leave the house because I was waiting for the package. Originally supposed to be here by 4:30pm. Then by end of day. At 10pm, I get a notification that a delivery attempt was just made and no one was home. I was literally sitting on the couch by the front door. No one knocked or ran the doorbell. There was no delivery truck outside. Nothing. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do and I just have to wait till tomorrow for them to "try again". I have never had a good delivery with FedEx and will be avoiding them at all costs in the future. Ridiculous!
Two weeks ago I had to chase the FedEx driver down in front of my house because he had marked my package delivered when it wasn't and it was still on his truck. Last week I had ordered some items from Walmart and they were shipped by FedEx. They came in four different shipments. My first package FedEx driver literally delivers my package to a wrong address, never verified it. The very next day the same driver delivers my next package to the same place without verifying my address. So I've called the FedEx company and they are investigating. Obviously they know which driver it is and I highly recommend they should be fired because they're obviously not verifying the packages addresses. That being said I didn't get any of the items that I have ordered and had to get a refund which is total bs because of the FedEx driver!
I was expecting to receive a Laptop shipped to me through FexEx over two weeks ago. The laptop has been reportedly held in customs since then. I have emailed fed-ex 3 times, and have called them 8 times to date. I have not yet managed to get any response from anyone at fed-ex regarding updates for this package either through email or through the customer service calls. Their treatment of customers is disgusting. This company is disgusting. Their lack of communication is abhorent. Many companies, like PCSpecialist, that use FedEx to ship their packages desperately need to look for an alternative company that actually communicates with their customers. Due to their incompetence, I will now no longer recommend PCSpecalist to friends and colleagues despite their excellent service. I am two weeks behind on critical assignments as I no longer have access to my laptop. As a bit of advice for anyone ordering anything online, if they use FedEx to ship, look elsewhere. For the slim chance, that anyone at FedEx will read this, revamp your customer service, particularly your customs clearance department. It's despicable that there is no communication with customers for two weeks while their package is delayed. I personally will never work with this company again.
2 expensive packages in 2wks look like they came through a war zone. When you see $3300 purchase show up like this it is infuriating. I will never ship through FedEx. The seller/shipper ends up giving a refund

I've had a few deliveries from FedEx in the past year or so every one of them were at least 4 days late. I received a text the day it was supposed to be delivered saying the delivery would be late.
Yesterday I was supposed to receive my last payroll check through you guys and the driver never stopped but labeled the package as delivered yet person not home when I was home all day literally watching out my door for the package. Hi there, I work for a company who are based near to Coalville in Leicestershire and have to say that our usual courier DALE is so helpful. Always really cheery, chatty and generally lovely. Couriers can tend to be sometimes on the grumpy side due to timing pressure but can honestly say, not Dale. Credit where credits due, the chap should get a pat on the back.
Waiting for a parcell, tracking information does not provide any insight (delivery date indicated is a week ago...). No telephone contact possible. Contact forms at website remain unanswered
My package got delivered to the wrong address, Can't get the door tag number my tracking number no longer works because was delivered and I've never gotten a delivery email and can't talk to customer service without a door tag or package number.
I've now had the following happen 5 times in my past 10 deliveries.
And initial delivery window was provided of 9:35-11:45am for the current day
At 11:45am to delivery window changed to "by end of day"
And at the end of day "pending"
And sometime later the process repeats for a day that might be the next day or a few days out
So if the package requires a signature then I'm literally housebound for at least two days waiting for FedEx.
Which means FedEx really can't track their packages

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
