Whoever is running the north Jackson center should not be working there anymore you can't have this many bad reviews and blame it on customers being picky come on! Two different packages same crappy shipper (fedex) things say delivered when you are home and know they definitely were not and you can't talk to anyone anymore on the phone shouldn't things get better with time instead of worse!

Filing a claim

I tried to file a claim online and the website wouldn't work. I tried multiple browsers as well as my computer and phone and still got the same results, the website wouldn't load the claims page. I then proceeds to call and ended speaking to 4 different customer service representatives and every time they gave me an inactive email (file. *******@fedex). After 2 days of calling several times I was finally given an email address that worked (file. *******@fedex.).

19 Weeks & endless mistakes

I sent a parcel from USA to India - which should have taken about 10 days, as I do it often. It's now 140 days and FedEx has screwed up, once again.

Time and time again during 19 Weeks, FedEx employees had countless opportunities to do the right thing and fix the previous mistake. Instead, they just continued on, not doing their job and made another screw up, adding to the pile of mistakes.

I'm genuinely impressed at how bad FedEx workers are at doing their job.

I'll never ever use FedEx again and will make sure every friend, colleague and associate of mine knows of the endless time I've spent chasing this package around the world just because countless workers failed miserably at doing their ONE job.

Bad Delivery

I bought something and I paid $21,97 for delivery on July 21 for my package to receive it on tomorrow July 22 but I have waited to July 25 my package still pending. I have not received my package yet.
I wasted $21,97 for Fedex

So disappointed. I never had an issue w/ FedEx in years. They screwed up on two shipments (Driver did not scan package and the guy at the FedEx store filled out my custom slip wrong on a separate shipment)

THE WORST customer service. They don't listen. Long hold times. They blame the customers for everything. Switching to UPS

With Amazon's amazing same day and next day delivery setting the standard, the once mighty FEDEX can't even seem to get into the Game. My past horrible experience with "FEDEX Home" should have been warning enough BUT.

My sprinkler system failed (during a drought and 100°+ temperature). I ordered the part from a company that uses FEDEX Ground. The delivery was quoted at 6 days. Looking at FEDEX's tracker, I saw the package had arrived in just 3 days at the local FEDEX at 6:18 AM on Saturday.

It sat in that warehouse all day Saturday and all day Sunday (yes FEDEX claims to deliver in my area on weekends). It was picked up at 3:34 AM for delivery "before the end of the day"! I'm still waiting and really unhappy that they couldn't (like UPS and Amazon) give me a time of delivery.

I will never again order from anyone who ships with FEDEX.

What happened FEDEX? You used to be the star.

Call center is the worst of any offshore customer service I've ever experienced. Driver keeps marking shipments as "Refused by recipient - Not ordered" even though I have a huge sign for FEDEX on the door and the window plus I was actually standing outside my store. The truck did an Idaho Roll right past my store and to seconds later I get a notification that I refused shipping. Unbelievable. This is the 3rd shipment this month that has happened and FEDEX is destroying my business. I work in the medical field and they are hurting both my business and my healthcare clients.

Making it all even worse, they offshore their C/S to worst place.

This is what happens when you use a non-union shop that forces their on employees to buy their uniforms. Always go with UPS. I'm going to start telling my vendors that I no longer accept FEDEX shipments and that the must send via UPS.

A bit crap, really

Had notifications on four consecutive days that package was "out for delivery before 6pm today" and requiring me to wait in for my signature.

Still waiting 7 days after shipping (from Italy to France so don't be blaming Brexit)

One star even too much to give for FedEx, I don't understand how and why such unreliable company still in business... delivery services in our area for Fridays afternoon is always will reschedule for next day with FedEx... the lazy driver always report that he try to attend but customer was not available... total lies. How the package doesn't required signature can't drop without reaching the receiver? I had two package suppose to deliver on Friday by FedEx, I was home all day to recieve my packages, FedEx dropped one in Late morning around 11:30 and wjthin 20 min I received a text from FedEx that my 2nd box has been reschedule for the next day. I called the FedEx customer service ( useless) looks like you talk with the record. The agent repeat themselves like a robot.( It a joke). The second agent said he can ask driver to drop my box in a walgreen because I was begging him to help me to find my box and I told him i can go to pick up my package. Then he said you will receive a text to go and pick up your package. Never received a text. I called back next agent (Nima) told me you requested your package to go to different address,
So it would be on hold in transit and you can pickup on Monday, i was so upset and I was asking her how she can help me, then she provided me the FedEx address almost hour driving with no store just the storage and no attendance to talk to... all the agents instead helping you with the problem, they care about the stupid one question survey to get # 5 satisfaction rate. They don't even connect you with supervisor, maybe there are not such supervisors excited. I'm not surprised if they don't have supervisor.
Fesex ask customer trust for their on time delivery, they charge for that but they don't keep their commitment.
How can FedEx still be in business?
Unfortunately as long business keeps using FedEx, they get worth. There is many shipping companies that people can trust and recieve their package on time. I know of many businesses changed their shipment company and I hope to see

Whoever is the CEO of Fedex should be FIRED immediately. It used to be the best delivery company to use, now it's simply horrible. The post office is better than fedex. Their tracking is NEVER correct, you can't even find out when you'll get a package.

Ordered new AC unit from Home Depot. They shipped FedEx, and it got to Troutdale, OR Fed Ex center midnight 7/22. Tracker showed it was delivered to me 10:30 am 7/23, but I refused it. THAT IS A LIE! I was home all morning and no one came. Spent hours on phone to fix error and get my AC before 100 degrees temp starts 7/24 for 6 days! Someone promised delivery 4pm 7/23. FedEx truck came to neighbor at 3:30 pm. Driver said he saw the AC this morning but couldn't lift the 120 lbs. into his truck so he left it in the warehouse! I am certain the contract supervisor entered that lie to cover up the fact that driver failed to deliver. I drove to Troutdale warehouse to pick up my AC in person, but was refused entry. Refused deliveries are returned to sender, so I may NEVER get the AC, certainly not for 5-day 100-degree heat predicted starting tomorrow! Please NEVER order anything from any seller who ships FedEx!

VERY SORRY SERVICE

YOUR DRIVERS ARE HORRABLE. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE CONTACTED PRY TO DRIVERS ARRIVAL, WE WERE NOT CONTACTED. 2 DAYS IN A ROW. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY. DRIVER SAID HE CAME BY BUT THAT WAS A LIE, BECAUSE WE HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM IN OUR DRIVE WAY.

Our business has an account with FedEx. That does not seem to matter. I have waited a week for a pickup. I have a tracking number and also a customer pick up number because they did not pick up the first time they were scheduled. I have lost a week of shipping for my business when I really did not have a week to spare. I will now try UPS to see if they are interested in functioning as a reputable business.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE FROM SHIPPING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I shipped a laptop abroad to a customer, fedex made me fill out some forms along the way for the parcel to clear customs. Then proceed to deliver it to the WRONG PERSON.

Now they won't compensate us for any more than $100 (which isn't even my currency) for THEIR mistake!

To make things laughable their customer service team haven't replied to me since last week and I've emailed everyday!

Such a joke of a professional company!

DO NOT USE!

I had a portable air conditioner delivered to my second floor apt. I set up Fed ex. Account on line giving my delivery preferences. They were not followed. Checked and got an email few minutes after delivered. Found it outside my small apt. Building. Never buzzed any apt. (only 8 apts. So anyone would let in) Didn't follow my preferences that I wasted my time filling out. Not impressed. Why do they ask for preferences of delivery if not used... I found out later that my delivery preference were added to late (my fault) to be followed but the delivery person was NOT supposed to leave it outside. My phone number was on the box so could have called me. Fed ex said they are not supposed to leave outside building.

On 2 occasions in this past month I ordered shipments of wine, and the merchant shipped them via Fedex. I am 65 years old and have been buying wine online for years with no problems. Yet suddenly the driver refused to allow me to even sign for the wine because he demanded I show him "valid ID." The only ID i have at the moment is a passport that expired a few months ago, due to the pandemic and my disability I am not able to renew it at this time. On both occasions I called customer service and spoke to several supervisors, some of whom said they'd call me back but never did. After I called and got another set of talking heads, the last one told me that my expired passport is OK to use as ID because they only need my name and date of birth. The woman said she'd send the driver back to my home, just show him your passport, and this won't happen again because he was new and was very strict to follow the rules. So at 5:15 pm the driver shows up, gives me the wine, doesn't ask to see my ID, and says "I was told to tell you this is the last time," meaning no more deliveries unless I get a "valid" ID even though I'm 65 and obviously not under 21. He was belligerent and swaggered off. He did not tell me who allegedly told him to tell me this. It should also be noted that on the occasions I called, Fedex said they had no record of my previous calls or who I spoke with. I feel I've been gaslighted by people who are incompetent and want only to get a paycheck.

STILL WAITING

We have been waiting on a package for DOT which is very important since 07/14/2022. Today is 07/21/2022 and we are going to pick up the package. The driver has not made any attempt whatsoever and keeps saying that he has. Yesterday, the driver claimed that he attempted to deliver the package and we refused it because it was damaged. First of all, we would never refuse it because it can't be damaged, and he never came. We have security at the facility and it's a small facility. The driver is NOT TELLING THE TRUTH and personally and doesn't deserve to be working for FED EX! We called every day and everyday FedEx claimed that it was being delivered. This would be the drivers last stop and yes, it's out the way BUT, ITS HIS JOB TO MAKE SURE WE RECIVE OUR PACKAGE! The Fed Ex Office I'm speaking about is COVINGTON Louisiana 450 N. Poente Ct. They are such a logistical BONER I would never ship with them. Maybe they can ship a package to Germany and the Germans will buy their "it's late because it's so far" BS but when you can't ship a 4lb shoe box across 4 states in 8 days, you're just an incompetent loser. Quit hiring people with the same IQ as their age you Douche Bags.

Fedex service has gone bad to worse these days. I am having constant problem where all of my packages are loaded in truck for delivery but end of the day it is returned with out making delivery attempt. When contacted the customer service, they have no clue what's going on and they do not have any direct contact number or resolve the problem. This is happening to every single package that I get it through FedEx not with any other service provider. Due to this back and forth loading and unloading damages the products many times.
