I have always considered myself quite the chocolate connoisseur and love trying new chocolate! I was very impressed by the smoothness of your milk chocolate, but most of all, the simple ingredients you use to make it, you are able to achieve such a wonderful product with minimal ingredients! I also ordered your 100% organic Peruvian cacao bar, which is by far my favourite. Amazing products
I am a big fan of anything honeycomb related. I thought that your honeycomb would rate one of the best going around, however, it didn't live up to expectation. I felt the honeycomb was overcooked which gave it a slightly burnt taste when you eat, as such, there wasn't a rich honey flavour. The best honeycomb I've tasted is from Beechworth Honey, in Victoria.
Was excited to receive this chocolate basket.Rich in chocolate and smooth in texture. Enjoyed them.Thank you, We will shop with you again
Was excited to receive this chocolate basket. Each one of them were properly packed, neatly presented. Rich in chocolate and smooth in texture. Enjoyed them.
I highly recommend federation chocolate. We had a lovely Experience ever time from choosing gifts for Easter Chocolate frogs are delicious.
Absolutely wonderful chocolates, smooth and delicious, artful and enticing. All that is good. My hesitancy comes with the packaging. Not much in the way of recycling. Less non recyclable packaging would boost the products image in my opinion. Fully compostable should not be hard to achieve, and may also mean the product cost might be lowered.
Enjoyed chocolates I have tried so far. The choc honeycomb was a good product but maybe not for someone who grew up with bee hives... I found it too sweet for my crazy palate and ratio of choc to honeycomb was not right for me. Would have preferred smaller honeycomb pieces covered in choc. Moral of the story my fault for not examine and trusting picture. So far have tried two single choc balls... yummy and walnut choc... enjoyable but more walnuts would have excited me more.
The remainder sits in my fridge waiting for indulgent moments to arise.
When do we get more of the single box Chocolates?
Good to have artisan choc makers.
The choccy was delivered promptly and in good condition (which was a Christmas miracle considering the heat we have in Sydney in summer).
Unfortunately it missed the secret Santa gift it was supposed to go in due to timing but now has been re-gifted so didn't go to waste. Good product, easy to order, no fuss process - would recommend this Tassie coy. Thanks guys.
Hi Lisa
We really appreciate your review and we are so very glad the chocolate made it to you despite mother natures war on posted chocolate.
With over 200 orders sent in the last few weeks it has been a very busy time for us and we have worked to get the chocolates out as quickly as possible (and keeping an eye on the heat to make sure we can get it to people in one piece)
I am so glad you were able to use the chocolate as a gift and I am sure it will be enjoyed greatly.
Hoping you have an awesome Christmas and thank you for the support of our family business.

Excellent service from ordering to obtaining in the mail. The items are too dear. It is cheaper to get them from the retail shop in Warrnambool.

We also have free delivery for orders over $36 which is a great thing that you don't even have to leave the comfort of your home to have our Chocolate delivered straight to you door.

Now this is the chocolate shop to go to. It even caters for gluten free people. There is free tasting. Deals if you buy more than 1 block. Oh and the service from the lovely young girl today was fantastic.
A long way for a block of chocolate to travel, but well worth it... lovely chocolate only lightly flavoured with licorice/aniseed.
Dear Greg
I am so glad you have enjoyed the Liquorice Chocolate. I do love making this one as the smell of licorice surrounds the factory pulling in people to watch us make it.
Thank you for talking the time to review our chocolate and we hope to hear again from you soon.

The most fantastic chocolate selection! Handmade - the chocolate itself is made directly from specially sourced beans. Some really delightful and unusual flavors which are truly enjoyable to taste.
Loved all the chocolate bars and will certainly purchase again. Took quite a while to arrive though.
Dear Leonie A. Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Family Business. We are currently working on ways to speed up our delivery processes. We are so glad you enjoyed the chocolate and look forward to hearing from you again. Warmest regards - Maurice and Helen Curtis
Great presentation and delivery time was exceptional
Delicious chocolate before Madness. I bought it for my friends as a small gift. Everyone will love the taste.
Fantastic Chocolate in the global and the thing which I like is when it melt. Little bit slow delivery. But i like the product with that taste.
Improve protection packaging. Plus order took 17 days to arrive, so I thought it was forgotten about. Chocolate is fine though.
The greatest chocolate on the planet. Delivery was a little slow though. 11 days delivery was a bit slow. Especially when the product is such a high quality, hard to wait.
Purchasing online was quite simple and easy, just waiting for my delivery.
I buy to try different flavours. I love the licorice bar and havnt tried the dark choclate egg yet, need to go the shop and try more.

Hi David
Thank you for the review we are really pleased you enjoyed the chocolate, as we pride ourselves on making awesome chocolate from sustainable and ethical cacao.
Your comment of packaging is an interesting one. We are always looking at improving our foot print on the world, im so glad that its important yo you too. Its one of the reasons why We source cacao direct from Farmers who have a real connection to their land and in most cases grow their cocoa on family farms and sustainable ways. This is where the effort of our work is really important and where great expense goes to. Paying up to 10 times more for cocoa then 95% of the rest of the world ensures our farmers, their famies and communities can thrive not just survive.
We are a small family business and do the best we can, putting our cacao farmers first. I can assure you are are always on the look out for a "more" sustainable packaging which is cost effective, is food safe, allows us to have the expected shelf life and can assist us to distribute our chocolate around the world. Its truly a balancing act in these extremely trying times.
Warm regards
