I have used several other phone systems and Nextiva has by far had the least down time or problems where we cannot make/receive calls. It is also extremely easy to use. I also like the fact they are constantly trying to improve and you see new features or updates regularly which means to me they aren't satisfied with just good enough, they want to be better.
Sendafax.to is a great application for my business to coordinate all calls with the CRM system and follow up on all the customer requests. I highly recommend.

fax.com has no phone service anymore, even though their website says they do. Thus if you get locked out. You have no way to reach a person. Overpriced asses. If there is a better option, please let me know. I am sick of this.
This is the second year I have had Hello Fax. As a company, you would expect them to notify you as a consumer that you account is up for renewal, before it is downgraded. Furthermore, you are not told that once you are down graded, you would loose all access and rights to a phone number which you paid to get ported to their service. Inaddition, if you want to get your number back, you have to pay them $60 to get you number and in addition you have to pay to renew for the additional year of service.

Don't ever port your number to their service.
I use this service over years. What I really like about it- the simplicity in using, because I have no time to stay and read a lot of info. Upload files, send it - receive what you need- that's all.

Paid my $4.50 balance in full the day of the transaction, and have the statement to prove it. Vendor still harassing me for $60 in fees to bring account current and close it. Impossible to reach anyone. This is a soulless organization. Stay clear.
Online and phone customer service is basically non-existent. Unable to cancel billing via phone or online. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I have wasted hours trying to cancel the online billing and have been unable to do so.

I cancelled this scam company at least 3 times. They even somehow got ahold of my new credit card info and updated my account themselves! Trust me go elsewhere if you really have to send a fax
