I bought a guest plate from favorfavor for my upcoming wedding as well as personalized champagne glasses. Both were just what I'd ordered and it didn't take long at all to get them. The plate came in less than a week and the glasses within 2 weeks. I highly recommend this site to anyone.

I purchased 180 personalized glass coasters. I 116 beautiful coasters and the other 64 coasters came with chips and cracks, and after double checking I found out that the chipped coasters were shipped in that condition (I could not find any glass shards in the packages). According to the lady that I have been in contact with, the "Quality is reflective of the 62 cent price." In my opinion, if they can ship 116 coasters in good condition, they can ship the other 64 in good condition as well. Therefore, I do not recommend this product as these people believe that cheap means sending broken and flawed products. In fact, with their poor customer service, I do not recommend this company. I also noticed that they changed their product description after the communications that I have sent them, which to me, demonstrates a lack of moral and professional behavior. I will change this review if they send me what I paid for instead of excuses for being cheap.
