This is a build.com company with a different name. This is how I received $1800. 00 of luxury shower items. Box was poorly wrapped and the boxes inside were open and small pieces were loose in the box. I called them immediately when I received the package and was treated very unprofessionally by the first guy 'TJ'. I asked for his supervisor "Franco" who would not give me his last initial or last name. I heard the first guy laughing in the background about how they already have my money. I was asking for a full refund and I was going to purchase somewhere else. This box is 4 feet long and 2 feet wide and had 1 strip of tape on the top and nothing on the sides. I have no idea what pieces are missing. I read the other reviews on here and slapped my forehead. All the reviews on their site were positive, guess they are fixed. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional rep. I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said "that isnt gonna happen." he obviously only responds to selective reviews on here, that I have seen. This place and this guy is a total rip off!
