I found these guys by just punching in "faucet" to Google. And viola! They just appeared like magic. Although I took a chance since they are not exactly HomeDepot but I got my order in good order and the price was right. Count me satisfied.
We made a $105.94 purchase online with Faucets.com on June 10,2020. It's now July 25,2020, and we've NOT received our purchase. They had no problem taking money from our bank account though. We filed several customer service requests for an explanation but with no response. There is also no phone number to speak with a representative. When we logged into our account with them, it says that we've never made a purchase. This company is a real rip off! We're currently disputing this matter through Pay Pal.

Stay away from this company. I bought a fiberglass tub from them with a smashed corner taped together. The shipping box was in perfect shape, opened the box to give it a look and the left corner was smashed in. This tells me the tub was put in the box that way. They would not take it back for return because they have a two day return policy after shipping. Buy from a local plumbing supply store, they may charge a little bit more but its well worth it.
My order included a Symmons shower trim kit. All's well there and I am pleased, but not so with the two bathroom faucets. I ordered a product by Elements of Design based on the look, function, & description of the product on the faucet.com website. The product description is misleading & the product received was from a different manufacturer with a different model number of inferior quality and construction. Called the help desk and was advised it's the same company? Sounds questionable to me. Who wants to spend money on substandard plumbing products that more than likely will fail within a year?! Oh, I had to pay for return shipping even though I was misled by the Faucet.com website. No, I will not shop with them based on this experience.
Tip for consumers:
Try to research the manufacturers of the product you are considering & examine for accuracy.

The shower trim by Symmons. Accurately described, authentic, and of exceptional quality.
We placed a $15k order in July... it is now middle of september and we get limited insight on what has been sent and what is still outstanding. The website shows that things are received however, we cannot confirm receipt and when we contact faucet.com, they let us know that certain items show on the website as sent however, they have record they are not sent. After hours on the phone waiting and on chat, I think I would advise anyone to buy elsewhere.
I purchased a kitchen sink and faucet combo, my third such purchase in just 4 years! They sent the wrong soap dispenser and refused to send the correct one. Who orders a black matte faucet and silver soap dispenser? I ordered black and they sent silver. I asked for the case to be escalated and was ignored, saying that their Supervisor would not send me the right one either. She, Sarah Clanton, said that I could not return it because it was past the return date. I ordered correctly, they fulfilled the order incorrectly - does the return date apply? I don't think so. Even if it did, there is a little problem know as A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC that has affected work schedules... Terrible, I will never buy another product from them again and I will tell everyone I know what to expect if they do. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they refused, over a $35 part. Crazy!
I ordered a shower pan from Faucet, primarily because the item was marked IN STOCK. Several days after the order was placed I received an email indicating the item i purchased was on backorder. I called and asked if I could pay to have the item expedited to my home after they received it at their wearhouse. I was told no. I am now responsible for an additional fee to my contractor because the i had to delay their start time because i dont have the material on the date i indicated i would on the contract.
A day after I made my part order I received a cryptic email saying my order was cancelled. I received no explanation. Credit card refused? Part out of stock, Part no longer available?
Sells broken jacuzzis for thousands of dollars, then they will give you the run around for a year before deciding it's not there fault or problem, please save your money! DONT BUY FROM Faucet.com
They delivered the wrong item and when I contacted customer service they told me they would replace at no charge - BUT- it was up to me to return the incorrect item via UPS and if it was not received within 30 days I would be charged again for the amount of the original order. The original order being about $200 with the cost of the incorrect item being probably around $10 since they shipped an open box sink drain. Never, ever will I shop with them again. For a savings of $20 over Amazon, it is not worth the hassle to correct their errors.
I try to avoid big box stores, in favor of small businesses because I own my own small business. I always feel like the reale expertise sits with these smaller companies. With Faucet.com that is not the case. They are just a small business run by a bunch of people who do't undertstand the prodcuts that they sell. I have attached a picture of the item I purchased from their website and they sent me soemthing else because they were out of the product I wanted which of course didn't work and then made it my problem as they woul dnot refund me until they received the item back-don't wate your time or money with these people

I paid for overnight delivery. It began as a UPS delivery and the site changed it to a USPS delivery. A WEEK LATER, they decided my address is not deliverable to. The very same address i use for their parent company and receive shipments at on a regular basis.
FAIL
They are very quick to send merchandise and bill you, but don't try to return anything. I made a purchase in February 2015 and returned it 2 weeks later and I have not yet received my refund. I continue the fight.
