We bought 2 trees the dogwood is doing well but the jane magnolia came dry and the dirt off the roots we planted but so far not even a leave we bought insurance so we will be calling you

I was given an avocado tree for my birthday from my friend and it was shipped to my house and left by the front door in freezing temperatures, sleet and snow. I have now sent 3 emails requesting help because all the leaves turned black and fell off - however, no one has answered my emails. I am very disappointed because I have purchased lots of things and had asked for this for my birthday. Last year I got a Satsuma tree and it is lovely and was healthy. While I realize you didn't leave it out in the cold to kill it, I believe perhaps you did ship it too soon without directions to keep it warm or not deliver in bad weather. On the inside it said fragile but that didn't help!

Ordered 3 endless summer hydrangeas. They arrived quickly and in good shape. After a few weeks of planting I noticed some changes on the leaves and call immediately. The person who took my call was very helpful and gave me good advice about how to take care of my plants.

Many of the leaves where brown when it arrived. I am trying my best to bring it back into shape. I hope it survives. It's just the type of plant I wanted in the space.
I had ordered 50 large trees and when they were delivered I was less than satisfied. I planted the teees and ended up 2 short and ordered 2 more. The 2 arrived looking gorgeous! I called and explained what had occurred and emailed some pictures and they sent me 50 new trees at no charge. Thats incredible.

Right before spring we had 3 trees die due to the freezing weather. My wife and I jumped the gun a bit and excitedly ordered 10 trees. They came very quickly within 48 hours. The overall quality was good, but not exactly what we had in mind. We were anticipating lush full trees, which were there with the pines we ordered but everything else was bare. This may have been due to the early seasonal timing in which we ordered. We planted them the same day and after a few good rainstorms have seen them come to life and flourish. There is only one crepe myrtle that isn't blooming and may actually be dead but we are giving it time to sprout. I have seen many stores in the area selling very lush trees for the same price or cheaper, but I'm in NC. I wonder if I should have waited and bought locally. Of course the blazing maple is not available around here but I did see a Bradford pear that was cheaper than what we paid. I was impressed with the selection on fast growing trees, pleased with the checkout process, tracking process and quick turnaround. I would order specialty trees again but anything I may be able to get from a local grower, I would probably compare prices and lushness first. I'm hoping that these trees grow fast (so far so good except for 1-of-10) so that I can realize the full value of this purchase.

The so-called "tree" I received was a barely alive twig. It was not what I expected t receive. Very disappointed. Would not order again.
I found it a very easy process to order and get trees. Shipping was great and trees were in very good condition on arrival.
I ordered a couple flowering quinces, they arrived in great shape. They were cleverly packaged so as not to be damaged, I took them out, watered them and planted them a few days later. So far they look great, although I doubt theyll flower this year Im looking forward to the early spring next year. Very satisfied with my experience.
