Its my fault for not asking what the caliper or size of the trunck is. This tree is a healthy undamaged twig 6 foot tall though as advertised. I will be old and grey before it matures. I purchased this tree online because my local nursury doesn't carry it. I just wish it was a little more substantial. It might be nice to include on website the diameter of the trunck of the tree so the consumer can make a more informed decision.

We appreciate your feedback. I know some trees do grow up before they grow out so they can create a taller canopy. Please keep us posted on the tree. You should start to see it leafing out pushing out branches. Contact us if you are not seeing any growth. Again we appreciate your suggestions and feedback.

I ordered six weeping cherry trees. They arrived apparently healthy but they are approximately half the size of the same product at a local nursery, which were selling for only $20 more per tree, but were so mature they were already flowering. I also ordered five crape myrtles from FGT. One of them arrived having fallen out of the bag; customer service replaced this one at no cost. The crape myrtles are only about six inches tall with no leaves at all. Fast-growing trees customer service assures me that they will leaf out by the end of May. Let's hope so, because they were VERY expensive.
The wisteria plant was some what dead on arrival and the soil was in a loose plastic wrap. Had no leaves

This is the first time that I have used Fast-Growing-Trees and thus far, I have been very pleased with the service and product. The reps were very helpful when I called and were well informed. I thought the prices were quite reasonable and shipping was free. I was cautious about having trees come from out of state, but they arrived in excellent shape and were very fresh. I planted them within a couple of days and they seem to be doing well. We'll see how they do in the first year. The shop provided good instructions for planting and care. If all goes well, I would definitely use them again.

I had read good and bad reviews about fast-growing-trees nursery before I made my first purchase few years ago. I received very healthy tree in very secure and safe package. I planted tree in the same day. By the end of the year my tree grew up three times bigger. After I purchase few more trees and they doing great. I want to say thank you to all nursery staff for their great work and care for the trees and customers.
We were unhappy with the condition of several of our plants (they were rotting,) which isn't in itself a problem, but when I tried contacting Fast Growing Trees through their website, emails seemed to not go through. I don't have time to sit on hold to work things out with them, and an email is the fastest and most efficient way for customers to lodge complaints. As an online service, this should be a basic customer service offering.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
