Was told tree was on sale because it was getting to tall, got a deal.
Planted, old tall part has never produced. New short part grows but tall part appears dead. This is it's second season. Old tall part looks very ugly.

I really like the trees and shrubs I purchased. I have only lost one out of over 60 that I ordered. My biggest complaint is how damaged so many of trees were from shipping and the amount of packaging that had to be recycled. I appreciate the varieties and selection fast growing trees has available, and I will continue to purchase from them for that reason. If it is a common plant grown locally, then I will purchase locally so the plants won't be damaged in shipping. I will also say root rocket really works! I am impressed with how the plants that I have added it to have already outperformed the ones where I didn't add it during planting.
I've ordered three sterile Empress (a. K. a. Paulownia) trees from this company over the last two years, and all have arrived in ship-shape condition. (And quickly, at that!)

Our apple has arrived with leaf drop and some kind of leaf curl. It looks terrible and is barely alive. This tree costs in the $100's and is simply NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE. The FIG tree is a JOKE and my neighbors are laughing at ME!

I know that early April some products were just coming out of dormancy and pushing out leaves but it should be thriving by now. If it is not please let us know, the same with your fig. I ordered a lemon tree recently. I was amazed at the exceptional service levels this company provides. The tree arrived much sooner than expected which was great! It was packed securely in the box, not a leaf was damaged. I planted it in a pot and put it out on my patio. I am so excited each week watching the baby lemons on the tree grow! Yes, it has lemons already! I have commented to all my work colleagues and family about the quality of the product and the great service this company provides. I am about to order a second tree. Do not hesitate to purchase!
I receive my white Oak tree & North star cherry tree as promised. I planted the my trees per instructions the very next day. Watered both tree as directed. Two weeks went by, the trees showed no sign of life, its now June and still no sign of life, the cherry tree has turned brown. I've planted numerous, trees, shrubs and plants around my yard, including fruit trees, all my trees, shrubs & plants are doing great. I've never had a problem until now, these trees seemed to be dead when i received them, now they look like dried up twigs. I've decided to dig them up next week, if theres no change. Very disappointed

The apricot and plum trees were shipped in the same box. When they arrived the leaves were dried up and falling off, branches were broken, and the roots were bare in the bags they came in. We planted them anyway but there is no sign of life after a month. We will be calling to have them replaced.
Our meyer lemon plant arrived well-packed, although smaller than expected. It's now blooming with beautiful smelling flowers which are leaving the beginnings of tiny lemons. Enjoying watching it grow!
Purchased another 18 trees. Looking forward to seeing them catch up with their elders. Purchased the first group in April 2015 and they are 10 ft tall! Amazing growers and fast!
I ordered 18 shrubs for a hedge and they arrived 50 - 90% dead. I sent detailed photos of the damage and The Manager determined that only one shrub was actually dead. I was told to wait and see if they bounce back after 2 - 3 weeks. I did not spend $800 to "see if they bounce back". I am now working with a reputable, local nursery that guarantees their plants and their work. I will never order from Fast-Dying-Trees again.

I reviewed your photos and it looks like some were struggling to come out of dormancy so we will get that taken care of for you. Strawberries and asparagus never grew. I will never buy any anything from this company again a total waste of money

Some plants arrive in good condition, others arrive halfway to death. It's hard to predict how they'll arrive, so buy from a local nursery to be 100% sure. Also, this site doesn't offer excellent support; you're more likely to get a form response instead of any real solutions.
Had two trees fail to thrive but they were replaced as soon as I reported the problem. I really liked that. The replacements have since done very well catching up to their earlier arrivals.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
