Payed good money for two 5 foot tall trees, upon arrival 1 tree looked great and the other looked a little brown and weak. I immediately planted them to their instructions and watered them the same. The one healthy tree is doing well but the one that looked sick has died. I emailed support about the problem and never got a response. I feel the tree was sick or on its way to dying when it was shipped to me, and to not have received any support is quite upsetting, these trees were expensive!

The plants I received were in great shape and have done well. My only complaint is that when I ordered them we were having cold weather issues off and on and when my order was charged to my card and had not been shipped out for another 10 days I email them asking when my stuff would be shipped they then told me that they weren't shipping them due to the winter storms. I just think it could have been handled a little bit differently knowing that they're not going to ship my product because of the impending winter storm they could have sent out an email stating that. But instead they said well will just ship your order anyway because I was asking where it was at. But I have to say the plants are in very good shape when they arrive and so far knock on wood I have not killed them yet.

My two Avocado trees arrived timely and in perfect shape with some flowers on the larger tree. After transplanting them the larger one got some kind of shock and immediately the leaves began turning brown and eventually fell off.
Now I see beautiful new leaves showing up. The small Haas avocado tree I got for pollination looks very good and did not go through the shock. If I see little Avocados on my large tree next year I will change my rating to 5.

I ordered three trees in early spring. Two were fine, but one did not look well at all. I asked for a replacement but was told that the tree was just dormant and that I needed to be patient. I disagreed but went ahead and planted the tree. I was told that if the tree was not doing well by May 31st that they would send the replacement that I had requested. By mid-May it was obvious that this tree was declining and I again asked for a replacement as I did not want to replant in the heat of June. A replacement was promptly shipped, but UPS broke the tree in half during transit. I called Fast-Growing-Trees to discuss the issue and another tree was shipped right away. I now have three lovely trees from this company that are all doing very well.

This transaction had its share of mishaps, but Fast-Growing-Trees took every step necessary to make sure that I was satisfied. They went "Above and Beyond" for me and I would not hesitate to use this company again. Order with confidence.

I ordered two Ponderosa Lemon trees. Both arrived quickly and were packaged well. I planted both trees as per instructions, and after several weeks one of the trees was thriving and doing well, and the other began turning brown and died. I contacted customer service by phone and the rep was extremely freindly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike most customer service expieriences after the sale. After asking me several questions and telling me what to look for to determine if the tree was still viable, she informed me that they would ship me a replacement tree asap at no cost to me. I received the new tree 4 days later, and all is well. It was a pleasure dealing with this company!
