I spent a lot of money on trees and shrubs. When they arrived they were all dead. All of the leaves had dried up as well.

I was very excited for my tree and I read several positive reviews. I bought some citrus fertilizer for my lemon tree based off of a top review. It seemed to do well at first but with one leaf falling off every couple of days - it is now down to about 10 leaves. I live in Utah - maybe it was just too dry of a climate.

Hi Laura-

I am sorry to hear that your lemon is losing its leaves. This is normal as a defense mechanism. Trees will drop their leaves so they can put their energy into their roots. It is probably just going through some transit stress. If you want you can send us a photo of the tree to our contact us page and our plant specialist can review and give you some advice and feedback to help keep your lemon thriving.

FORGET This Place!
June 14, 2018

2 years ago (in the fall) I purchased 6 crepe myrtles from FGT's. The following year they blossomed (after a rather severe winter) but this year only ONE has leaves. This last winter was a record MILD winter. The company does NOT stand behind their trees and I am SOL for all the ones that didn't live. WASTE OF MONEY!

We are so sorry to hear that your trees didn't make through the winter this year. Our plant specialist would be happy to review photos of your trees to see if they can assist with what may be the issue with some thriving and the others not. After 2 years and 2 winters it is hard to say what could be the issue. With trees being a living thing it is hard for us to guarantee the life of the plants past one year. We guarantee them to arrive happy and healthy and offer the extended 1 year warranty because we do know that things can happen. Again we are very sorry that aren't thriving and will have a plant specialist reach out to see if we can help determine if they are just slow coming out of dormancy or if they have perished.

I very rarely write reviews but I felt I had to write this about this company.
I had ordered and received two trees. They were dead when I received them. I thought that when I called the company that they would give me the run around and try to make it hard to prove to them that the trees were dead. I called and they were so nice and they were very quick to say they were sorry this happened and they would right away send me two more trees. I received very quickly two more trees but one was the wrong color. I had ordered one white and one red dogwood tree. They sent me two white trees. I called them once again and they told me to keep the 2nd white tree for free and they sent out right away a red dogwood tree. They came in excellent shape and I am very happy with my trees and this company! They stand behind their products! So don't be afraid to order from them, if something is wrong, they will make it right!
Thank you Fast-Growing-Trees.

Not what i expected
June 13, 2018

Ordered 2 cherry trees, Bing came with branches and leaves, tartarian came as a stick and hasn't produced any branches or leaves. Bought everything and beyond to make sure the trees would take, and 3 months later, I'm still looking at a branch..

4 - Fruit Trees
June 10, 2018

I had purchased four fruit trees, (2) apples (Gala & Honeycrisp) and (2) cherries (Bing & Black Tartarian). All four trees arrived rather quickly once I placed my order and they all looked healthy upon arrival.

I planted all four trees immediately per the instructions and kept them watered via a soaker hose once planted. They have now been in the ground for two months and both my apple trees are doing AWESOME. My Bing tree is still alive but not doing as well as the apples and my Black Tartarian has completely died... as some plants will.

I did buy the warranty (which i recommend), and once I knew my cherry tree was dead, I took a couple pictures and sent it in to claim my warranty. Within the hour I had a response back from Jessica (Fast-Growing-Trees) and she informed me that they were currently out of the Black Tartarians and gave me the option of a store credit. (Come fall or spring I will order another once they have more). I received another email the following day with my store credit.

The whole process was very easy and their costumer service is what will bring me back in the future. I would highly recommend Fast-Growing-Trees if your are in the market for fruit trees.

Unfortunately, one of the two weeping redbuds I ordered didnt want to come out the dormant phase. I bought the insurance when I first placed the order. The trees came in quickly and in good structural shape. They were happy to activate my insurance and give me my money back or a replacement tree. I requested the latter. Today, my tree came in great shape and very beautiful! Whatever the company does for these trees and plants to survive such a long trip is amazing. BTW, if your time zone allows weeping redbuds to do well, try them for they are gorgeous when they bloom and they dont get out of control. Thank you!

Amazing business
June 10, 2018

My wife and I ordered both a Granny Smith and a Fuji apple tree from Fast-Growing-Trees. The trees were received and looked beautiful. I had a question or two about planting them and emailed the company. In less than 12 hours I had a response. The customer service was excellent. The trees are growing well and we are looking forward to receiving our first harvest. Thank you, Pam and crew...

Dead plant
June 9, 2018

I ordered a Black bamboo plant for $90 and although the plant arrived within 2 or 3 days the plant was pretty much dead. I tried in vain to keep it going but no success. Will not be ordering again if they are going to send me a dead plant!
