My first order was a lemon tree which is on my deck and has lemons growing on every branch. Next I ordered two fig leaf trees that were severely damaged when shipped. I called and they immediately replaced them. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I have ordered over 10 assorted plants from them this season, a few have looked a little jostled from the trip, but recovered nicely. One arrived just a twig because FedEx kept them 4 days longer, I contacted Fast and got an immediate response and they sent out a new plant, which is doing great!

When the trees arrived, they had been jostled to the extent that the soil had separated from the roots. I immediately planted both in pots. The plantain recovered. The coconut did not. I will be filing for a replacement.

7 thuga green giant trees from you all, only two have some green on them. Al planted exactly the same, all getting regular water from our automatic sprinklers. Not real happy, especially when friends asked me what kinda sticks I was trying to grow

My "fast growing" tree arrived in a timely manner, but I was disappointed in the tree. It was what I would call bare root; only some bark and loose soil around the roots that broke away as soon as I started to handle it. The small branches and leaves were battered from the trip and they really haven't improved in the 3.5 months since the tree was planted. Maybe by next year it will perk up. We'll see. This is my first time with online plant purchases (smaller plants purchased from another company also disappointing), and I think I'll stay local so I can see what I'm getting.
Most trees are doing well. About 10-12 have died due to ground condition and not the trees themselves. They have been planted for almost 2 months and show signs of new growth. The trees arrived in great condition and packed very well. I will use this company in the future.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.

Our dormancy policy guarantees that if your plant was bought during the winter or early spring while most plants are still sleeping that it if doesn't emerge from dormancy by May 31st we will replace.
