I bought a fruit tree from them over a year ago and it died no matter what i did and I have a lot of fruit trees doing very well.it took awhile but they finally gave me credit for the loss but i had bought warrenty not like homedepo or lowes where the year warranty is free also you still have to pay for next shipping. Well I got another fruit tree bought warranty again tree died.So after about 2 weeks back and forth there going to give me a credit so i still have to get something else and pay shipping I guess this goes on till you have nothing and they have all youre money nice scam.
Thanks a lot for these fastgrowing trees. I bought a few for my garden. Maybe later I'll take some photos for you.
I bought a tree from this company and took the warranty with the purchase, just in case. We planted the tree, and followed the tips and instructions provided. That was in October 2019. Although we had a mild winter, I was not happy with how the tree looked. Once March came and other shrubs on our property began to wake up, the new tree remained dormant and appeared dead. I called the company to ask about the warranty. The representative explained the procedure for obtaining a refund under the warranty, which I completed all steps and sent it in. I received an email back saying this:
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your difficulties with accessing your account, our apologies for the troubles. We have sent you an invite via email to access your account. This way you can see purchase history as well as have the auto fill option for your bill to/ship to addresses at the time of checkout.
Then I received an email asking me to respond and tell them what I thought about the customer service. I decided to wait on that since I have not yet been satisfied.
I then received an email with a link to "access my account". First of all, I don't have an account with them, but I clicked on the link and it let me to a page that said "this page does not exist".
Well, this went on several times. I wrote back and explained the link did not take me to my account but in fact to a page that doesn't exist. So then you can repeat the above... I got another email of apology saying the same thing, followed by an email with a link that goes nowhere.
I even filed a complaint with BBB and they told BBB they were reaching out to me directly, which they did, again repeating the same two emails.
So weeks later, I still don't have a replacement tree or my money back! One email told me they would credit my card used to make the original purchase - needless to say that did not happen either.
So I am beside myself and can only hope this company is put out of business for selling warranties having absolutely no value!
We're so sorry about the issues you experienced with your order! We have since refunded the cost of your tree
I purchased my Areca Palm on 4/5/20 and received it shortly after. Today on 4/26/20 I had to repot it with new soil because there were maggots in the soil it came in. I was a little disappointed.
Purchased a fruit cocktail tree, 2 types of fruit from fast growing trees. The trees never produced fruit. I called, emailed the company and explained the situation. The tree only grows, no fruit. We requested a refund and never received one. Do not buy free trees from fast growing trees
I paid $400 for a tree... and at the time of purchase I was told I would have a shipping confirmation within 7 days... 11 days later I called to find out what is happening... I was put on hold for 20 minutes only be to told they had no idea what was happening and would get back to me. No response back So I sent an email inquiring what is happening. I got a reply apologizing for the delay and would be receiving a shipping confirmation shortly... 4 days later I still had not received anything... I had to stop payment with the credit card company and cancel the order
We paid over $100 for a Japanese Maple and received, basically a stick with a few leaves on it. Even though I was disappointed, I planted it following the instructions using the fertilizer that we also paid extra for. We have watered and tended to the tree daily but it now appears pretty much dead, leaves wilting and falling off. I could have purchased a much larger, healthier tree at a local nursery for the same amount or less. Not happy with this experience. Tried to send a photo but your system either says the photo file is too large or too small. Geesh!
Tried to contact the company about two trees that did not come out of dormancy under their Alive and Thrive policy.
Called on Monday, stated the wait time would be 9 minutes. About 5 minutes in the auto attendant stated there were 46 callers ahead. At that time I left my number for a call back.
Never received a call back. The next day I wrote the company an email from their website. Waited 4 days and no response.
Called again and waited 22 minutes before talking to a person. They stated my trees were not covered and tried to sell me insurance instead. I did not take that offer.
Will be doing business with the local nursery from now on.
Ordered trees in mid February with understanding of delivery towards the end of March. Here we sit the 22nd of April with no communication from company. I called customer service to find out some of the trees I bought are on back order. Don't sell products you do not have in stock!
Save yourself the headache and purchase you're trees locally so that you can hand select from IN STOCK inventory. Just my 2 cents
It's important to let people know what you get for the money with this company.
I ordered a tree (Black Diamond Crape Myrtle) 3-4 feet and an Oak Leaf Hydrangea Bush.
Both came damaged and the Oak Leaf is dead, water didn't help it, and the only small branch that had life leaves snapped during shipping.
It says to reject the package, but it was delivered when I wasn't home. Took weeks also. Sent email and called, no response. My local nurseries are the best bet. At least you can see what you are buying. Very Disappointed, and out a few hundred dollars.
I ordered 12 1 gallon knockout roses. They came thrown in 2 boxes an looked a mess when they arrived. They are small and had very little root structure. They look like they were transplanted into a gallon pot days before they shipped to me. A 1 gallon plant should have a root structure that encompasses most of the pot. Next time I will buy locally where I can see what I am getting. I wouldn't buy from them again.

Very easy to order. Got my trees they are beautiful! I shopped in my local area for trees nothing I looked at looked as good as yours. The cost was a lot less than any thing in my area for a lot smaller trees. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Ordered a 2-3 foot American Hazelnut tree. Tree arrived in timely fashion, well packaged. Tree was healthy and I immediately unpackaged and planted. No issues. Only down side of my order. I didn't realize the company was about 10 miles from my location. Seemed kind of silly to pay about $10.00 for shipping for a ten mile distance. Would have been happy to pick up instead of shipped. Yeah, I know the website says "not open to the public" but still. No wonder the item arrived so healthy! I looked at several sites before I ordered and lost track of company location. My fault.
I am saddened as this company had sent me trees with dieing leaves and holes in the leaves. I had left a review on their website and they had removed it and didn't even try to help resolve the issue. I am left with trees that I can't use. This is not what was advertised.
We purchased 16 six ft Green Giants last year. They arrived in narrow boxes and were as thin as toothpicks. But worse..., despite our diligent drip system watering, 3 of them died and yet "FGT's" wouldn't stand behind their product... wouldn't replace them! Also, we of course wanted them to match the remaining 13 shrubs in the row! So we have no use for that kind of company.

My husband ordered an avocado tree based on the picture of a very full, bushy, healthy looking tree. What he got was about one stalk with a couple branches and a few leaves that looked very straggly and NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. The cost was $119 plus a $39.99 shipping fee. When we complained that we did not get what was pictured. The answer, "The trees we send out are not mature trees but have well established root systems..." Then THAT SHOULD BE STATED. And why not show the picture of what you are actually sending out?
It all is like false advertising to me, AND I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY GET? NOT what is pictured, that is for sure.

I have ordered two kumquat trees 4-5ft tall. I was expect the tree to be anywhere close to the one on the picture. However, the disappointment was huge when I received the actual trees. 4-5 ft were made by binding the branches for the tree to look taller. CMN! It's a rip off! Kumquats were at the most 3ft tall and with very few branches... doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
We apologize for the delay in response when you were originally reaching out to us. Due to the current pandemic we had to scale back to ensure safety during the busiest time of the year for us. We’re so sorry again for the inconvenience and are happy we were eventually able to help!
Our trees arrived with their top half brown and most of them just a few sticks in the air. We purchased 40 trees total, 1/2 4-5 ft and the other 1/2 5-6ft. This was a big investment. I contacted the company when the trees arrived and their response was this happens during the first frost'. They didn't experience a frost in shipping, I don't think they even read my concern. I bought insurance, going to give it a month and then contact for full reimbursement because I wasn't sold healthy trees.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
