The order was received quickly and undamaged. One of the bottle palms fans was covered with scales however. I tried to call several times, never got an answer or the opportunity to leave a message. I sent 2 e-mails and never received any response at all. The palms I bought are to be house plants and really didn't want my other plants infested. I gave up trying to reach them and wrote it off as a bad experience, a $90.00 one. I would never buy from them again or recommend them in any way. If this gets any response I'll gladly amend it, but I won't hold my breath.
I bought a tree with the warranty it died. I sent all the pictures etc and they said they would replace the 29.99 tree for 19.99 shipping cost billed me over 2 month ago and I have never got the replacement yet. I guess I never will...

I purchased a blueberry bush. Upon arrival all I received was a pot of dirt with no bush. I called customer service when I was told that I needed to water the dirt and be patient. After several weeks I just gave up

Clementine was beautiful and blossoming. Key lime was nice and healthy. Received Meyer lemon bush instead of tree as ordered. Functionally same plant but had to prune and stake myself. Some bug damage to leaves. Bay leaf was roughly a third dead and not producing new growth but the plant started slowly recovering after pruning away that section. Overall, pretty good.
I started with FGT a few years back. When I've had issues, they were taken care of immediately. My latest command arrive earlier than I expected. My two plants, an avocado and a banana plant are doing well. Both are waiting to be transplanted. I brought the banana inside because we had some temperatures hovering too close to freezing, but it is going to go outside for the summer. I am adding pictures of plants I have purchased from FGT, the last seven years or so. I have attached pictures of the banana tree and the avocado I've just purchased, plus my two plum trees full of baby plums.
My order of two Rose of Sharon shrubs arrived in excellent condition. So far, the shrubs are doing well.
Tree came in with discolored leaves. Some turned yellow-ish and even brown. It complained about being inside box for 2 days. It really didn't like it. It immediately requested to be planted in soil and asked for water. It did get a "Fedex leg" from being on the road for 2 days. It was agitated and asked me to just water it for next couple days, and visit it back in a couple of days, hopefully, when it gets in a better mood.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
