Don't use this courier service. Sure their fees are cheap upfront but it's not clear that there are hidden charges. They then failed to pick up a delivery in a timely fashion and instead sent us a bill for "failed delivery". When we questioned it they put the charge through anyway because they kept the credit card we used to pay the initial invoice on file. We've reported them to Fair Trading
I needed an item to be posted to finish a job and after waiting 3 days still nothing even though it's stated 2 today's delivery.
After repeated emails by me to find out what's going on, all I get was "we're looking into it' …. Not Good Enough!
Fast Couriers the company or to be honest they should be called "Slow Couriers" has been the most unprofessional Courier business to deal with!
Look elsewhere, save the pain!

I booked Sunday night, didn't collect Monday or let me know, I followed up via email, didn't collect Tuesday or let me know, followed up again via email, checked the tracking on Wednesday - status was 'canceled' and received no notification of that either (and didn't refund me either my $140). Fast Couriers also has no phone number. Also search engine says there's insurance, when submitting order, receipt says there isn't. Not happy at all

I ended up booking directly through the courier company. Fast couriers provides a platform to book various couriers, but have no phone numbers available to communicate, and doesn't follow through with bookings.
Booked a 2 day package from WA to Queensland. Time was important to us. They sent it road freight. Finally arrived 6 days later
Customer service was appalling. Got the feeling I was not corresponding with a real person

They charged us and asked us to stay home between 9-5 pm! They did not come to pick it up. If you search and find a phone number it goes to an answering machine that even does not let you leave a voice message! Terrible customer service!
I ended up paying them and then go to TNT office in airport to drop my box.

Absolutely disgusting driver arrived but refused to take parcel because it didn't have a label on but I had already paid when booking for a label as I don't have a printer have been waiting for a response back for nearly a week but nothing have both contacted them via contact us and directly to their email
If you're looking for cheap couriers, then there's really no better place to find them than Fast Courier. This platform makes it honestly so easy to find a good deal. Once you've found one, simply book it in and you're good to go. This can save you a lot of money, not to mention trips to the post office.
What's great about it is that you don't even have to be in to greet the courier. You can book a time slot for whatever time you like. If you happen to be out when they come, then just leave the package on your doorstep and they'll take it away.
Waste of money, won't pick up your item to be posted & don't even reply when you email them... happy to send advertising to you though!

I had Fast Couriers planned and paid to collect, the subcontracted service was a day late, making the collecting contact have to remain in place for an extra day. Fast Couriers then charged an extra $140 after the delivery. I find this very poor service, considering the lateness of the delivery.

This company is very unprofessional, they subcontract the work out and take no liability on the progress of your shipment, also its very difficult to actually speak to anyone, never again!
Fast Courier is the only place to go if you want your stuff to be delivered quickly and cheaply. I run a business out of Australia and I've found that so much of my income is simply going into postage and packaging. I don't want my customers to bear this cost so I do it myself. However, it's definitely an area where I need to improve.
What I've been looking for is an online tool where you can compare cheap couriers. Fast Courier offers exactly that. The system is intuitive and you can quickly find the right service. I've no doubt that this will vastly cut my costs without impacting my customers.
I recently reviewed a bunch of options for a courier service for my new business in Brisbane. I was looking for a courier that could provide rapid delivery, as most of my orders are expensive one-time purchases that need to be delivered very quickly. I was struggling to find a good courier, though, when a friend recommended I check out Fast Courier.
I was impressed with the options that they provided for couriers. Most of them I had never heard of. With a few searches, I was able to find a good courier to turn to, and this is going to make it easier for me to ship my stuff around Brisbane in the timeframe that my clients expect of me.
Appalling service, no phone number, sent courier on 4 day service, its now been nearly 2 weeks and client hasn't recieved and no phone number to contact. I would never use them again. Really poor and disappointing!
Booked a 3 day delivery for 4 cartons from Newcastle to Caboolture. It took 3 days to be picked up, It's now 1 month and the delivery has still not been delivered. Can't get any answers so I called Toll direct to get a different story with every call.
To top of off there is now 1 carton missing..

Don’t use Toll and just go direct with the freight company.
2 days of waiting for my parcel to be picked up and still no show. No phone number to contact them which is extremely frustrating and a huge red flag.
