Have had the same experience with Fastbuggies. Ordered back in July '09, received a damaged model which was the wrong spec. In November. Asked them for a refund/collect etc. Nothing. Reported to VISA for a refund. They say I need to prove that Fastbuggies have received the bike back. How can I if they do not disclose their address and why should I pay for the delivery? Any advice

We ordered our quad begining of June, it was delivered nearly 3 months later with only 1 wheel. I have sent numerous emails and rung them only to be promised the world and nothing ever happen. They then promised me pre xmas delivery but didn't honour that either so i had a very upset 4 year old on christmas day. I would AVOID this company at all costs, it may be cheaper but not worth all the hassle you get, the customer service is appalling and overall they are a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company.

This is VERY negative. Last Christmas 2009 i ordered two buggies and was promised them in time for the big day, got lots of e mails confirming they were on way. Then to my horror No buggies and No refund. You would not answer me tried lots of ways to contact you. NOTHING you owe me £430.40 and i have not heard anything from you. Hav posted several warnings and hope others are not robbed Like i was. Do not buy anything from this site.

Fastbuggies are an absolute disgrace. Ordered our son a quad bike in September, promised delivery on numerous occasions. On chasing up order in November was guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Exactly one week before Christmas were told they could not deliver and we would be receiving paperwork through the post. No paperwork to date and, of course, no quad bike for my son.

How can you be a member of this site and not see the flame wars that occur of this buggy site. I'm simply amazed at how this company can even stay in business with all of this bad internet publicity. This company may make a good product but they had better step up on customer service if they wish to survive this next decade where consumers and transparency will rule them.

WHAT A LOAD OF $#*!E

Do not buy fom these pissants.

Ordered 2 back in September, quads never arrived. At first offered compo for late delivery, then opted for full refund after a load of excuses and missed delivery dates but never got this either. Got money back from Mastercard in the end, and just managed to get some Kazuma's by xmas eve so as not to dissapoint the kids.

Total wankers - AVOID

Ordered quad 4th august promised delivery 4th september, quad never arrived, phoned company got excuses after excuse, they promised I would have quad by 18th december or my money back, just another excuse it is now 25 january I have no quad, no refund, and no contact with fast buggies despite regular emails. How many people have tried phoning delivery company xlr8 logistics chatham, ******* ******* and finding they can't help either.

Ordered a Buggy 2 months ago. Was given a delivery and it never showed. Was given another delivery date and a partial refund as a good will gesture however the refund would not be given until I received the goods. Decided to get a full refund and still have not got the money. Now have my banks fraud team on the case so watch out fastbuggies. In my opinion, STAY WELL WAY from this company.

I ordered 3 items from this site 2 mini bikes and a quad. The mini bikes arrived a week early and the quad 3 days after. I have owned blata mini bikes before but i was not prepared to pay £700 for another one so I tried fast buggies not epexpecting much. Thankfully i can report that the quality is very good on the mini bikes. The quad i havent started yet as i keeping it for my sons christmas preasent but i have made a quick visual inspection and everything looks good. So a big thumbs up

Placed an order for £1330 no goods delivered then Fast Buggies went bust. Pursued the recovery of the money through the merchant and my bank. You have 120 days to get your money back but need to prove purchase, send in copies of paperwork/emails/receipt from Fast Buggies. Don't give up, work through your bank and track down the merchant. I have got a full refund from the merchant. Good luck.

I would warn any body who is considering buying a quad bike, not to buy it from fastbuggies.
The quad we ordered was about 8 weeks late due to an assortment of delays and excuses, when the quad did arrive it was not at all as advertised and broke down on it`s first outing.
Fastbuggies did promise us some compensation, which we did accept,
However, after 7 months we are still waiting for our compensation and they now don't even bother to reply to my e-mails.

Stay away from this company i ordered quad bike november 2008 paid £1800. 00 had poor customer service no money back an guess wat still waiting delivery of my quad i suppose should kiss my money bye bye so buyers be very warned those who recieved anythin at all from them think yourself very lucky they broke my disabled sons heart n they just don't care

Unfortunately there were some minor issues with my order and various posts here raised concern, additionally I was unable to get hold of fast-buggies and feared the worst and therefore cancelled my order. In doing so I was contacted promptly and Fast-buggies dealt with the matter extremely honestly and professionally. Would I reccommend them... well on price alone definitely... as I cancelled my order I can't comment on delivery service, other than to say that the dealings I had were concluded satisfactory.

Service average. Bike was excellent. Will confirm having received my item today nothing dodgy about this company. Just though i would post as it seemed they were getting some stick. Have purchased another one for delivery in january received details promptly. TBH i never call found e-mails easier. So yea 4 stars for quality.

My xperiance wiv fast buggies is zilch i wouldnt touch them wiv a barge pole i ordered a buggy in june 09 and they kept fobbing me off wiv different xcuses and im still paying for the loan i took out to pay for it i even approached trading standards about them and still i couldnt get any joy good luck to anybody that gets their buggy

Singh Patel here my dirt bike which was ordered end of September arrived this afternoon the bike looks good and was supplied with 14'' and 16'' wheels which was a nice bonus in the flesh looks much better than the photo. Since the first time I saw this site there have been a lot more comments good and bad but I got mine and i though i would let everyone know. I will be posting a link for a video of me riding my bike on you tube next week so will update with how i am getting on with it. So far so good

I've been keeping my eye on Fast Buggies's reviews for a long time, and this is what I think is happening:

1. People order on Fast Buggies and either don't get what they order or they have a bad customer service experience.
2. They post a bad review here
3. Fast Buggies then calls them and tries to get them to change their review in exchange for getting the product they ordered in the first place

My advice: look out for these guys and be wary!

Hi like most of you who have written on this site, i to have been well and trully stitched up by these fu@? Ing pricks! I have been waiting for a childs tiger qua`d since ordering one in sept 2009, it is now 18 jan 2010 and still nothing altho we were promised a full refund on 18 dec but again nothing. Have now left it in hands of creditcard fraud office! Would love to meet either or both of these idiots face to face just to see if they are as spineless as they appear. Please don't anyone else get conned by this bunch of rogues

I placed my order with Fastbuggies in November and after initial order and payment acknowledgements I've heard nothing. I've emailed them twice with no reply and their phone rings out until it just stops. I noticed there is now a notice on their website saying they are not taking orders. Does anyone know how to contact them?.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU A PREPARED FOR MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENTS AND LIES. SHOCKING., DISHONEST & HORRENDOUS. Ordered April - received September - Wrong colour and model, NO seat, broken bearings, loose nuts & bolts, Missing Wheel - Replaced Bits - personally - Engine CEASED WITHIN 2 HOURS - Month later replacement came - Looked the part - ceased within 4 hours. Returned Quad 1 month ago - promised full refund by 30/11/09... Still Waiting

I ordered in Oct. Got delivery dates which they didn't stick to. Told i was guaranteed a Christmas delivery. Then recieved an email from the MD telling me they had problems with shipping. Opted for the full refund which i am still waiting for. I have now left it in the hands of the bank as they constantly ignore my emails asking where my money is. After all their negative feedback you think they would pull their finger out but no. They are useless and i wouldn't recommend them to my enemy! DO NOT TOUCH THESE MERCHANTS!

We ordered from it and wish we didnt... we waited more then 8 month 4 the bike, havin 2 email weekly with little response, we were offered 35 pound compensation off them upon signing of bike, but wen the bike came it had a crack in the engine, which we repaired ourselves because of the slow responce we got, then we asked for our compensation n never heard back, I threatened legal action n still nothing. There company is an apsolute joke, no1 shud risk ordering from there

I ordered a 125cc red dirt bike i in fact got a 125cc blue PIT bike and was incredibly annoyed as the manual defined and reffered to cars and ATV's also they had a 1 year warranty, two weeks after i got it the screw from the pistone came loose and destroyed the interior of the engine costing an absolute bomb. They refused to pay up i am now as we speak talking to local lawyers about the problem. I HATE FASTBUGGIES, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

Finally got my refund back from Cyberbit.eu, don't waste your time trying to get fastbuggies to refund it go to Cyberbit, since they took 2 weeks to refund it fast buggies still havent been in touch and the order was placed 12 November 2009 finally got refund 31st jan 2010. Please please please don't trust your money to this firm. They are fraudsters
