Review will be written when I receive my tree first week in April

I ordered two trees and they quickly and easy to order. Shipping was rough on the 4-5' avocado tree if I order again I will select a smaller tree.

First email: they did it answer or address my concerns.
Second email: they blamed the tree having limp brown leaves on it being in a plastic pot or over watering. I explained the tree arrived with limp brown leaves and that we drill additional holes in the pot and only water when it’s dry 2” down.. asked for additional advice on how we can help our tree… no response.

Good - Easy to order, quick turn around time. Products received in good condition. Really liked everything except for the Mulberry tree - would of expected bigger.

Easy to use website and quick delivery. Our trees are all doing well! I got the fertilizer recommended and we are also applying miracle grow regularly. Will buy again from here.

I received 5 trees that were healthy. They were as tall as described. However, they reached the height because of a single long top shoot. The tree otherwise was about 2 feet shorter than described. The trees were healthy green but were very slim. I can count maybe 5 limbs on each tree. It will be 2 years this spring since planted. They are starting to fill out. I like that they had the variety of tree I wanted but otherwise I would have chosen a much fuller tree.

Plants reached on time and excellent customer support. Good website. Only problem is you have buy $120 pls then you will get free shipping

If you really struggle to get a kind of plant that you want this is a good solution. That said, not all plants will handle the shipping well and you may end up with a smaller plant that takes longer to recover from the shipping process. I ordered a significant amount and it was a lot of packaging and 2 didn't arrive very happy - I do think they'll survive, but they're not currently thriving. I'll probably use this service for things that I can't find at a local nursery (which overall is a better experience).

Friendly and informative, but I would have liked a credit or replacement for trees on the brink of death.

Overall, I like your selection. However, stock rotates so quickly that it's impossible to plan ahead, as plants I want may be in stalk while I'm considering my budget, but out of stock when I go to complete my transaction.
Consequently, I was very pleased with everything I did receive, but was still unable to acquire everything I wanted.
Within 3 weeks, all of my trees are showing new growth.

I was pleased with the height of the tree however before shipping it had 3 branches that were totally pruned off I assume to fit it in the box. I never had ordered from tis company before, and would understand a little pruning but not sending a 6' stick for $130. I am now the laughing stock on our street. I hope it is a Fast Growing Tree because right now it is embarrassing.

I found what i was looking for and ordered for a birthday present. It never showed up so i called and spoke to a girl / lady and she said it would be delivered on the following friday july 15. Never showed so monday morning i called back and talked to a guy, very nice and he told me their mimosa trees were not that great at that time and he cancelled my order and got a refund. Very nice and helpful.

We ordered 15 trees and most of them arrived in decent shape. Some were bent pretty badly, but I'm hopeful with some staking they'll straighten out and recover. More disappointing was that customer service would not honor the current price on their website, which was $10 less per tree. It had been that way for weeks as we waited for them to ship. The rep on the phone was lovely, but her supervisor wouldn't even consider a credit to our account. You would think with as much money as we were spending that wouldn't have been a huge issue.

I appreciate that Fast Growing Trees sent two replacements of my Plumeria plants I agreed to pay $99 apiece for after they were delivered damaged and the shipping box was crunched but then I found larger Plumerias in my hometown for $17 that looked a lot better and had more leaves than the ones I bought. Great customer service but check prices around town before you purchase online.

They quickly replaced the two plants that were damaged.

If I were only rating the Little Miss Figgy, it would be 5 stars all the way! It arrived in amazing condition and is thriving! Just 3 weeks later, she already has a fig! The Little Lime Hydrangea tree is doing ok, but I wouldn't say it's thriving yet. Much of the little branches were broken in transit and I had to prune it quite a bit. But it already has some new growth, so I think it will be ok with time.

I ordered my plants with the knowledge of them not shipping till mid March. Was working away from home(out of the country) and they delivered almost a month early. Luckily had someone to take care of them till I get back.

Plants themselves appear to be in good shape as per the few pictures i have received though.

I know this is one of those rare cases that early delivery wasnt helpful.

Unfortunately the poor plant appears to have not been transported correctly. When it arrived quite a few branches were broken and most of the dirt was out there put exposing the root system. We put it back together as best we could. The tree appears to be in shock since it is showing signs of wiring and dying leaves and branches. I am hoping it will come back and an quite glad I bought the warranty.

The tree understandably came a day or 2 late because this happened during the freak weather incident in Texas. What I don't understand was the package itself was 12 different kinds of banged up. It had tears, holes, and gashes all over the box and I'm honestly surprised the tree didn't snap in half with the obvious rough handling of it.

One of three is not looking or doing well, all came in bone dry. I contacted customer service and the people were great but if shipping stress is a problem with plants it should be noted in the enclosed documents or on the website. I am waiting to see if the plant springs back or not. It looks worse than anything I have purchased from local store/nursery. I really was hopeful but I am on the fence if I will use or recommend them.

I paid $300. For two sticks. Because the sticks are still green, I am not being given a refund. Buyer Beware.

While shopping, I appreciated the details the website provides about each item. The 6-7 foot tree we purchased had the limbs and roots trimmed back, seemingly more for shipping and transplant shock than for pruning purposes. The blackberries looked healthy but weren't handled with care during shipping and arrived a bit beat up. The coral drift rose bush looked great.

Fast-growing-trees.com is great the speed, selection an quality is above an beyond. They are true to their size guarantee. The only problem I have is you can pay for a year warranty for the plants but if you use it it's 30$ to ship the replacement. I have bought the warranty many times and never used it so my money was just gone but the one time I needed it I had to pay 1/3 the cost of a new plant

Fast and easy

Was very impressed with packaging... even though FedEx set box up on it's end on porch... in the FL sun... (against instructions ON the box not to do so). Not happy about your 30 day warranty (nor am I paying you another $38 per tree for a one year warranty)... trees have lost all leaves as they do in the fall. When spring arrives, my 30 day warranty will obviously be up and I can only pray these two expensive trees come alive. We will see.

Clementine was beautiful and blossoming. Key lime was nice and healthy. Received Meyer lemon bush instead of tree as ordered. Functionally same plant but had to prune and stake myself. Some bug damage to leaves. Bay leaf was roughly a third dead and not producing new growth but the plant started slowly recovering after pruning away that section. Overall, pretty good.

My monstera was packaged facing the opposite of the "this side up" indicators on the box, so when it got to me, it had been upside down for much of its journey. A few of the larger leaves were snapped off, but the plant was otherwise packaged well enough that the damage is manageable. It looks healthy and it will definitely be fine after a little grow time and TLC. It's also a bit smaller than expected, but that just might have been my excitement for the new plant. Overall, I'm happy and looking forward to it really filling out.
