This is Outrageous how company like Fashion online is scamming individuals from their hard earned money. How is it possible all of the sudden they don't have adequate staffing to gather and ship my order which was already paid for, they should then put the money back on my card and spared me from the lame excuses. I could have given that money to a legit charity organization instead of having it stolen or taking from me by Fashion online.

I've received my items they are totally different than the pictures on the website, different colours and differences materials, I am so disappointed after I was so excited waiting for my order, I wish I can skip one star too, this is my first purchase from them and the last, and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order I know it's not going to match the website picture

I ordered some items for my online boutique and never received them.No one responds to my emails or messages. Please do not waste your time or money i've wasted 2 months putting this boutique together for them to set me back!

The items ordered were nothing like advertised. Cheap knockoffs. It was a picture on a sweatshirt, not sequins as advertised. Also ordered three items and only received two items. In order to return, you have to pay $30 shipping. Rip Off. Terrible products and service

I order items from my online boutique and received only half of them to be told that the other item was out of stock and that I would receive a refund never received the refund how to file a dispute through PayPal they never reply to Paypal then I went into their website and saw that they were closing the store They don't reply to emails and they never physically refunded me my money I had to go through PayPal just to get the refund I really like the items that I received and I plan to order more for my online boutique however this company is a joke

DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT send this company a penny. I purchased $1,400.00 worth of apparel, received half my order. I was told multiple times I would receive a refund and now there is no response to any emails. BUYERS BEWARE! You have been warned. There are many customers like me with this company

Placed a order for 2 dresses and never got fulfilled also didn't get refunded…. I will never buy again!

Do not buy anything from this website, I bought a lot of sets and tops, and took like 3 months to receive my order and I received only a few pieces and the material was a TRASH terrible! I have been sending emails about my refund and they are not responding, they have been ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Poor and pathetic service of Fashion Online Boutique. When you go to fashion online then they given you the assurance that we will provide a perfect fitting after your booking when you want the trial then they given you for trial. In the trial if your fitting is not kk then they don't know how to do. Fake n False commitments Don't Trust their people also.

Very bad online store. Fraud people. Claim that what we are seeking will receive the same. But my experience is very bad. I ordered a dress which was pretty costly. And when I received the dress it was a total different piece. And after receiving informed immediately but no reply from then. Then finally mailed them that I filled a case of fraud against your company. After that received a mail of apology and saying to refund the amount after returning the dress. It's almost 15days they received the dress. And not refunded my money back. Not even replying the mail. A very unprofessional company and people. Don't get fooled by this very online site. Pathetic it is. Don't trust. Some lady Mrs Kiran is the fraud lady.

As thy posting fake review own please look below the 2 posting with the Name of Ms Amrita Singh she is not a client she is working in the boutique as she told and she is calling with fake name also. As after they stuck my money after 10 month they are not returning my money or dress and not responding Mr Kiran Dabas then i have send the legal notice with the name of Mrs Kiran Dabas then after 7 days from the receiving the notice one other lady called me from the mobile numbers *******688 and accept all mistake done by them and she told that i am Ambika calling from fashion online technical Department and i am handled online booking and you can send your account details we will refund you your money within 3 to 4 days. I have send her account details and wait for a week after that i called her again they are not responding my call. She is called me and introduce self with Ambica Name and i am checking the numbers is showing some other name with Amrita Singh. Deal all my request you all please take action or any booking before complete investigation.
