I ordered shoes about a month ago and I am still waiting on the delivery. Order was done in 2023 and now it's 2024 still haven't received anything. I honestly think the service is not up to standard, I would rather order from shein cause they deliver their stuff on time never had an issue. It's also frustrating because this was my first order with them so already did not trust but I went ahead anyways. All in all if they can't deliver then it's best they close it. Completely disappointing.
First time buyer. The site it currently offering 40% percent off most Items. Everything I purchased qualified for the discount. Besides each item it indicates it will be 40% off if you add the discount code. Prior to finalizing my order I add the code where indicated. My price didn't change so I assumed it would after the payment type was verified. Well, it finalized my order and never processed the discount. I immediately emailed the company because no one answered the phone or chat. The response was" we're so sorry. We can see that the discount code was not properly applied but since your order processed almost immediately,, we can't stop, change or refund any part of your order ". I asked them for a credit totally what my 40% discount Would be and they kept saying I could use the 40% on my next order. Well, right now the 40% is for everyone so If I want to order again I can get another 40% because that's the current offer. Needless to say, I'ma one and done with Fashion Nova and i plan to have my daughters and their friends stop using them as well!

I know they wouldn't care if they saw this comment but I have an $#*! but am a A36 and it makes me feel upset that there just advortizing women with like the perfect boobs $#*! and curves.
Clothes look good on models, but what you receive is hit or miss. I got pants size 9 (which is my size) and they are huge, and got pants size L not realizing they are 11/13 size but they fit me perfectly so it's complete mess in sizes. Also their pants are way too high on the waist. I don't if they think we are older heavier women or they think we got such giant behinds, but for sure this is not a store for juniors. If this company is the same company like 10dollarmall they need to go back to that because I can't shop here. So now I have to spend 4$ extra to ship these giant pants back, when it's clearly their fault for sending completely different size

I put in a order for this dress that said it would get here Saturday the next day after checking it, it said it would now arrive next Thursday! I then went and ordered me another outfit two days after I ordered the dress and it was supposed to get here Thursday but now it's coming that Tuesday instead of Thursday! So how does the item that I ordered two days after my first item get here first? And when I tried to get a refund for the first item due to it not getting here when I need it, it won't allow it!

I kept getting repeated email after email about Cyber Monday "90% off of EVERYTHING" " no promo code needed" and so on so I ordered my usual classic jeans. Quickly disappointed to see they were the EXACT same price the last 2 times I ordered them go figure. Anyway I paid extra for 2 day shipping only to receive a follow up generated email they also sent my sister who paid for 2 days shipping the same day I did! They knew they couldn't ship it in two days but still charged me the extra cost? What business does that to their customers, and this isn't the first time. You can't return anything you bought on sale. The clothes might not fit. The quality also just feels cheap. This dress isn't what's advertised; the material and colour are very different from the picture. The colour isn't the same and the quality is different. It doesn't even look like the picture and it doesn't change when you put it on. And this nude blouse is way shorter and cropped in real life when you wear it.
Once you made your order, forget about getting customer support, they don't edit orders even two minutes later, and also forget about return an item, is a pain in the a$$$$.

I ordered something more than month ago and have not yet recieved it. The parcel just stopped moving over 17 days ago and no tracking updates.

I reached out to FN numerous times and they just shrug off the issue and say get in contact again if you havent seen it move in 24hrs so they can get in contact with the courier. I ordered a Large, which is my normal size. It was too small for my liking so I returned it (fee of $3.99) for an XL. They then sent me a gift card of 15.99... the dress was over $25 after taxes and shipping. So I basically paid for the dress twice. Returns are a joke. I will think twice before ordering again. Very sad, because I've gotten many items in the past with Fashion Nova. There is no one to contact or speak to with your concerns.

I've bought many times from fashion nova. Most of the time, the items fit and are in a good condition. They do have a lot of promo codes, which is nice. However, a lot of the clothes are made with cheap material even if they're on the pricier side, so you have to look what the item is made of. Another big issue in my opinion is that they can't keep their items in stock which is extremely frustrating. They also never have a date of restock and, you can ask for a notification for when the item is back in stock, but I think I only had a notification once or twice in the two years shopping on the website. Would help if you could pre-order even with a promo code, they wouldn't lose any money and customers. Also, they have the WORST customer service i've ever seen. If you ask a question, they just send you a copy-paste answer, even if it doesn't really answer your question and you never hear from them again, I don't know what the people in customer service are paid for. Finally, the track number works half the time, shipping is free to usa and canada over 75$, they don't do refunds and i'd recommend reading the reviews; sometimes the clothes are not always true to size.

Beware if the sizes because their clothes can not be true to size and then when you want to return, they don't give you a refund, only a gift card and they charge you to return it. When I returned, my purchase was $78, I had to pay $7 for a return label, and then I only got $52 in store credit. This place is a joke. Using my store credit and not shopping here anymore.
I love quick fashion, so I was happy to find Fashion Nova, until most recently. I made a purchase of six items for a great price using a refund due me and their New Year promo code! Entered my credit card number and then once I confirmed a substantially higher amount appeared ($210) in the order confirmation without my prior consent or agreement. I am not talking about taxes either and it was free shipping.
There is no phone number, only a limited email response. For three days they will not respond or they make red herring statements that don't address or explain the situation.
It's not be a lot of money, and I know exactly what I have to do to hold them legally responsible, but what a shady little practice. Tacky.

I find it kind of disturbing that they admit there is lead in their clothing which causes cancer and infertility in women and they do nothing to change this. When I wrote in asking why there is lead in their clothes and if they were going to STOP making their clothes with lead and they provided no answer all they said was "you can return your clothing items for a store credit" WHY WOULD I WANT MORE CLOTHES WITH LEAD IN THEM? I was a long time customer but upon just learning about this a few days ago I don't want to support a business that makes toxic clothing and doesn't care about their customers they only want your money at the cost of your health.
I have an issue with a order I placed not being delivered both fashion Nova's website and the third-party Shipping Company website has my package marked as delivered. It's almost a month later I have been writing in the customer review section on the website which is apparently the only way to reach them to inform them of the situation to end to ask how it can be resolved and I have yet to get a response back from Fashion Nova the 1-800 number that's listed as their customer service line is an automated message telling you to refer to their website and email them your concern. To be a company making as much money off of the average individual they should have a customer service department that let's you know they don't value you as a customer they just want your money
I ordered 3 packages and only recieved 2 of them. The bootleg carrier they used to deliver my stuff I filed with them however Fashion Nova has yet to respond to the fact that my order is missing. I have been emailing Fashion Nova since February 2020 in regards to several items sent back adding up to over $500 + going back and forth. Last few months no response from them at all this is crazy $500+ very upsetting...
Maybe around 5 years ago FS used to be good. The quality of items were way better, customer service Dept was not good but better than nowadays.
I bought a pant in December 2020 by mistake, right a way I sent an inquiry asking to cancel the order but I never receive answer, instead I received the item. I had to pay 7.99 for a return level and I sent it back on Jan 14th, 2021. As of today (Feb 11th, 2021) I have not receive my refund, well they don't give you a refund but a store credit instead, which I think it is very disrespectful.
