Fashion Nova why are you doing this to people. If i had come to review section i would never had wasted my time to buy from you.
I bought from fashion nova in Feb 2024 and expecting delivery on the 4/03/24 and till date no show. There was no Order number generated for me after payment. I am not sure all those with positive review are real buyers🙄.
This is stealing from people online. Am very disappointed as my first experience. Dont know why they think they need any star.

When you need to exchange for a new size, Fashion Nova does not refund you. I ordered an S for my mom, mislead by their size chart, and she was actually an M. I shipped back the M, paid for shipping, and they "refunded" me with a gift card and not to the original form of payment as their policy states (attached for reference). Since I hard ordered an S when I re shipped the M, I ended up essentially buying the item twice and being forced by Fashion Nova to use my gift card instead of getting my money back for one of the two orders, which was the honorable thing for them to do.

First time buyer. The site it currently offering 40% percent off most Items. Everything I purchased qualified for the discount. Besides each item it indicates it will be 40% off if you add the discount code. Prior to finalizing my order I add the code where indicated. My price didn't change so I assumed it would after the payment type was verified. Well, it finalized my order and never processed the discount. I immediately emailed the company because no one answered the phone or chat. The response was" we're so sorry. We can see that the discount code was not properly applied but since your order processed almost immediately,, we can't stop, change or refund any part of your order ". I asked them for a credit totally what my 40% discount Would be and they kept saying I could use the 40% on my next order. Well, right now the 40% is for everyone so If I want to order again I can get another 40% because that's the current offer. Needless to say, I'ma one and done with Fashion Nova and i plan to have my daughters and their friends stop using them as well!

This is in regards to Order #*******. I live in student accommodation where parcels are signed for at reception and then put in a residential locker. On January 16th my order was supposedly delivered but it was never signed for by reception and I never received an email about it being placed in a locker. I have emailed Fashion Nova a screenshot from my student accommodation team confirming this. They are giving me the run around about waiting 72 hours, checking with neighbours, etc. and not taking my claim seriously. Mind you I was even going to include these clothes in a back to school haul as I am an influencer with over 100K followers. But instead I will be making a video on how this company scams customers - and if you look online this seems to be common practice for them. I am also planning to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau as Fashion Nova customer service has been useless throughout this all giving me no-help responses. Beware to anyone not to shop with them as in situations like these they are no help! I would give a 0 star if I could.

I am in love with the new sneakers I ordered just yesterday. The pair looked so aesthetically good online, I can't help myself from adding them to bag. I regret nothing.

I bought a lot of clothes here, all of high quality and delivered very quickly. I recommend it. Also, if the clothes do not fit you, you can easily return them and get your money back.

I placed an order on Fashion Nova and a few items did not fit me so I decided to place the return. I go to the return page I enter in the correct email and order number. The website does not recognize my order so that I cannot process my return. I've tried contacting customer service, but they have the worst customer service. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Please do not shop here and find other alternatives that are similar. You will save the headache and your money.

My last order was canceled due to the discrepancy between the shipping address and the billing address. ( *******) they said that it takes 7 working days to get your money back and now it has been more than a month that the money has not returned to my account. I asked for help through customer support, I sent the bank statement documents to prove that the money was not returned, but after more than 1 month, all i have is robatic answers "the money will be returned within 7 working days or talk to your banker" after years of shopping from fashionnova i am really disappointed.

I ordered from Fashionnova and received a damaged item, which they ask you to submit information and photos on. I submitted this and photos clearly showing the item has a defective zipper sewn in. They refused to resolve this issue saying they cannot to anything due to "An erratic or exaggerated past is suggestive of "wardrobing;" an erratic or excessive past involving goods that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or gone missing." I have never done or submitted anything about the above statement. This is definitely a baseless response to avoid giving a refund or replacement of item. There is no actual customer service. It is just back and forth e-mailing with someone who seems to just write whatever they want, possibly a copy-paste response. Definitely buyers beware of potential of defective items and no resolution of those issues.

This company I believe is a scam! I never received my merchandise and there currier service said it was delivered! Not true! I really think they just stole my money. I sent emails to them and the curriers…. No answer!

A lot of cool stuff and convenient delivery as well. My recent purchased items were such a babe, especially my glass sandals. Oh they were beautiful, alright.

I ordered 5 items, 3 of them were horrible quality. To me, it then falls in the "defect" category. They refused to find a solution and even if I remained extremely polite in all my emails, their last email was not respectful at all. Clothes look good on models, but what you receive is hit or miss. I got pants size 9 (which is my size) and they are huge, and got pants size L not realizing they are 11/13 size but they fit me perfectly so it's complete mess in sizes. Also their pants are way too high on the waist. I don't if they think we are older heavier women or they think we got such giant behinds, but for sure this is not a store for juniors. If this company is the same company like 10dollarmall they need to go back to that because I can't shop here. So now I have to spend 4$ extra to ship these giant pants back, when it's clearly their fault for sending completely different size

I purchased this dress and I was charged for it and didn't get my other item for free like it stated. I am so disappointed in Fashion Nova.My order number is *******.

I ordered 113.00 worth of clothes 3 months ago and never received it. Never got to speak with a real customer support. It's a Scam and they don't want to Refund anything 😭

I ordered a lot of fashion Nova over the years because I found dupes for things that were out of my budget. I was okay with it but after some months it got tossed in the trash for being bad quality and not holding up after a couple washes. I haven't ordered there and never will again. Not to mention the shipping experience is so stupid now. You need to pay duty on your parcels and you can do it at the checkout but just sucks.

IF you want a bigger size or smaller size you have to return the item and pay $7.99? Then they dont give you refunds they just credit you at there store so you have to buy something else? The only good thing is they have afterpay and Klarna i love buying alot of clothes and pay every 2 weeks for it.

Fast delivery and quality items. I could not ask for more, fashionnova always deliver as promised. I am eyeing the new arrivals in the dress and jean collections.

I love shopping at fashion nova. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I ordered a top in extra large and I got an email from fashion Nova stating that the blouse has sold out and we will refund you your money.

Therefore, I went back to the site and just ordered another size. A few days later I get both tops, I explained to Fashion Nova that I want a store credit since they don't give refunds. After the third time explaining their mistake, I get the same responses from AI customer service. There is no way that a human cannot solve this problem that they created. I will no longer want to shop at fashion nova.

Don't get me wrong the outfits are perfect and then girls are stunning... but in every picture it's just women who have big boobs and a big $#*!... I know they wouldn't care if they saw this comment but I have an $#*! but am a A36 and it makes me feel upset that there just advortizing women with like the perfect boobs $#*! and curves.

Never ordering a single piece from them again. I tried them and have bought five items so far. N I cannot change any to get a bigger size and the return u get very little money back. They will fail due to how they treat their customers. It's completely unfair. One thing about their clothing they run small. I am a medium but their medium is tight on me now am just stuck.

Being fashionable is really easy for me now that I frequent fashionnova's online site. I get to see the trend in their new arrivals, I can buy whatever the have on sale, and I always have something great to wear at events.

I used to love the products but this site is hard to swallow it has changed from an online retailer to look more like an an adult xxx store. Plus for back Friday I visit the site to buy and they have the F***ing in their advertisement. And I was like no Thanks not buying from this place no more.
