I have been shopping on this site for over a year and the products are the best. They are unique and the dress are amazing i can't get them anywhere but here. I have gotten things for my mother and co workers from here and have never had a problem with the customer service from Fashionnova.
This was my first time ordering something from Fashionnova. I found that the service was quick & when I recieved all my products they were all neatly packaged. I fould their website very easy to order from! :)
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and only thing moved was my money, I've called, emailed even made comments on social media only to receive a scripted responses and nothing thereafter. I need my money back or my products.
I placed and paid for a large order and was informed that two items were not available. Fair enough, I understand that. However, I wanted the amount credited back on my Amex and was certainly not interested in the "Gift Card" that they sent me (By the way, what an inappropriate name for something that I have paid for. That's not the definition of a gift) In spite of asking for a money refund they only have the Gift Card option. This is nothing short of theft to me. Never ever to be used again. Ever!
I've never order from a website that you can't literally speak to a customer service rep. FashionNova never answers the phone and hasn't emailed me back. I ordered a jumpsuit and $20 extra dollars for overnight delivery. The next morning I had an email that the shipment was cancelled. Fashion Nova hasn't yet replied to my emails. Has not told me what's going on with my package. I will not order anything again.
Im so upset I wasted my money on this site. I would have been better off going to Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. I wasted $170 on this site. It's crazy because I ordered the same size in jeans, tops and dress yet almost everything fit me differently. They're sizes are all over the place. Some XS were too tight and some looked like a patatoe sack on me. To top it off they didn't even send me everything I order and instead of giving me my money back, they're giving me store credit. What sense does that make. You took my money for something you didn't send me so give me my money back.
I definitely will recommend this website! The experience is GREAT, Have EVERYTHING i'm looking for and is so cheap.
