I bought a dress from FashionMia 7 years ago. It took a month to arrive, even with "expedited" shipping, customer service was extremely hard to get ahold of and no help, and when it finally did arrive it was nothing like the photo. It was far too small, and the quality was horrible. The neckline by the zipper was off, and the neckline also was nothing like the picture. When I tried to post a negative review on their website, even with pictures as proof to show what I was talking about, it was deleted. I don't trust the reviews on the website because they are obviously trying to hide the negative reviews so it looks like everyone likes their stuff. I'm including pictures if what it looked like in the photo on their website vs what I actually received.

I ordered a few items back in March. My order was delayed until end of April (back log). When I finally did receive the sizes were not even close to "U.S. Sizes" and the material/workmanship... not so great. I returned the entire order in early May. After many emails and a bad review, I finally received my $ back. No I would not order from them again.

Ordered items in April, took until May to receive and the sizes were all way too small. Also the material & workmanship was terrible. I returned all the items in May and still have not received my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 6/8/17

Hi All, I have placed the order for 6 dresses and I received 4 of them, and Its been more than a month and a hald... I called to the customer service number, it always goes voice ail, Sent many emails but no reply from them. I dont know how long they are going to take. Can Fashionmia team help there customer?

You get what you pay for, it's not a $100 dress marked down to $10, it's a $10 dress.

I ordered a few different sizes based off their sizing chart, inconsistent fit and things run a bit small. I expected some long sleeve blouses and they ended up being 3/4 sleeves. The material and construction was pretty meh. Bait and switch with the pictures.

Shipping to China is pretty expensive so while they take returns, it's not exactly going to get your money back and they don't take DHL or FedEx.

Their cloths are pretty but customer service is terrible. It took me more than 6 months and complaining to receive part of my order but never received everything I paid for. Don't buy from them again.

I ordered 2 dresses, a purse and a winter coat, on Oct. 9th. They arrives the 3rd week of November. The quality was cheap, you could see through 2 layers of fabric (was suppose to be cotton). They did not have the coat but as of 12/06, they have not refunded my money. This is an overseas company with poor customer service to match their products.

Q: I requested for a cancelation of my order due to the wrong size i choose since on the 23 February, so i requested to get their company phone number which they gave me but it never connect to any customer care staff. I am honestly beginning to worry because i dont even get any email from them as regards my request.

Please who ever have their real contact phone number should help me with it.

Long story short, you get what you pay for! It's cheap. It's going to take forever. The tickets {problem resolution} will take twice forever. I was undaunted though because I spent a fortune on the dress I paid for ($30). Instead of sending the right order, I got a $10 blouse I'd never seen before. After 5 weeks of, "we couldn't open your photo of the item" I said do this right or I will make trouble. FINALLY, my dress arrived. It looked only slightly like the photo.

I'm so disappointed with the delays in sending the orders. I purchased a coat on November, 19th. Almost a month later, I haven't received it yet. Even when they stated I should be receiving it "normally within 3-7 days". I was planning to wear this item on my trip to NY for Christmas and now I have to go to the shopping and spend more money on another item at the last minute because of your poor service. It is extremely inconvenient! I hope you take criticism seriously in order to improve your Customer satisfaction

I ordered a maxi and got a regular smaller than ordered poor quality version. Got nowhere with fashionmia. Never got my money back though went through paypal... Very disappointed! Dont expect the quality you see on those photos! Oh no! Never again!

I wish I would have reviewed this Chinese company before ordering $288 worth of garbage items. The merchandise is poorly sewn, the cheap material does not help. The clothes smell terrible like they are stored in a filthy warehouse. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. It cost $90 to return everything back from the U.S. I still have not received a full refund. Where is my refund?

I will never order from this company again. The dresses were not true to size and made of thin cheap material. None of the dresses fit. My order was made in December of 2015. Beginning around the middle of January, after inquiring about my order, I received one item at a time. You cannot get your money back, just coupons for it, and it seems to be a hassle to return the item. I have yet to get the last item.

I ordered an item from Fashionmia since July 9th and until today I did not get it while the website said that the shipping will take 3-5 business days.
I sent several chat in order to have accurate information on the tracking number, but never got any feedback.
Considering different reviews that I read on the net, I am afraid that I will never receive my items.
Free advice: Think twice before ordering and make sure to read different reviews

I tested this site by ordering one item to test size and quality.
My overall experience was not good. The shipping time was over one month.
I did finally receive the item the quality and size was good but the customer and wait
Time assured me I would never order from this site again although the styles are stylish and the prices are good.

I believe Fashionmia his my phone number blocked. I have left several messages for them to return my call. It's been over a week, still no call from them. I ordered a dress on 6-17-17. I waited over 10 business day, as they stated it might take that long to process. I sent an email requesting a status on my order. I wonder if they would have ever contacted me because the email I got back was that the dress was no longer in stock and they would refund my money in their "wallet" for another order. The dress is still listed on their website showing there are 6 available. Again I pointed this out and my only response was the same song and dance about my refund in their wallet. Yet another email to them stating this was unacceptable, no response to that either. Today is 7-17-17... if nothing else, I feel better having aired this so hopefully others will beware of Fashionmia!

Ladies, if you are a C cup or better, this site is not for you. Have ordered quite a few items from this site, all beautiful, however, they are not made for a womanly figure. Ordered either a 2XL or 3XL even though I normally wear a large because of the stated measurements and it fits everywhere except the breasts. That is one measurement they need to add. Makes me sad I shall never be able to wear any of these clothes and wish the site would state that you need not order if you wear more than a slight B cup. Hate returning things, so will be gifting these items. Sad.

Amazingly, I DID in fact receive the dress I ordered from this shoddy group. The item is made of fabric similar to that found in nurses or maid uniforms. I will NOT be wearing this dress out in public. It was going to be for a rehearsal dinner wedding. Too bad. This is absolute cheap junk.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 coats on 12-08-15 and still have no items 01-05-2016 almost a month. They have no contact phone number that should have been my RED FLAG not to order but the show such nice cloths at nice prices(that's the catch). I've email them 3 times with one reply change of size and two lies "This is to confirm that your request has been received. Our customer service will get back to you within 48 hours". No one has contacted me YET.

I ordered 3 dresses from this company on September 13,2017. They stated it takes 5 - 17 days max. The dresses did not come until November 6,2017. Two of the are great, the other one is paper thin. I used their request refund form twice and each time I submit the info, the system kept bringing me back to the refund page but could not get a confirmation. Since I had a case dispute opened, I sent an email to the manager. I seems as thought it will be a back and forth again. Will not order from this company. Really bad service

Fashionmia is the worst company to shop from!

Quality clothing is very poor for the high prices. I paid $20US for dress and material is see
Through. Very old QUALITY Products. Never me again!

Fashionmia quick to transfer your funds from your account, cancel what's on your order and don't inform you until you ask a question (which will take a while to respond) sends what they want to you and give a story on why they can't return your money as soon as possible.

They are unreliable and a fraud!

I will NOT recommend this site to anyone!

I have been asking for my REFUND for how many weeks now and yet to receive it.

After a whole month and more I have finally received my Refund of my money that was so quick to be removed and placed in their account for the transactions.

If it wasn't for writing reviews, the company wouldn't have contacted me and get stuff done for me, but anyways Finally after so long they message me and asked me to take down this review. However, I am not taking it down. Everyone can make up their mind what to do on their own, but I surely will NOT be purchasing anything from this company in future. I wouldn't recommend it to my love ones or friends, but everyone can make their own choice and experience it for themselves!

I ordered 3 summer dresses. They arrived after 60 days in 2 packs. 2 of them are totally bad size, although I checked measurement guide thoroughly before ordering. No adequate answer to complaint letter. They informed about the arrival of the second pack. Nobody cared about wrong sizes and out-of-season arrival. Great disappointment to me.

Update to my previous review. I finally received my refund - 16 e-mails and 7 months after Fashion Mia received the returned goods. To be fair, whilst the e-mail content didn't inspire confidence, at least they did reply promptly and politely to every one I sent

Poor quality, appalling service, inability to process refunds

Back in January I ordered half a dozen items from Fashion Mia. They took over a month to arrive - and then in 2 batches - and when they did the quality can only be described as poor. Sizing was all over the place and the finishing shoddy. I contacted them for a refund for all but one item and was offered a cash voucher which I declined. I had to return the items to an address in the US which cost nearly £20 and at first they said they hadn't received the items until I sent the proof of delivery on 26 March. Since then, I have been promised on numerous occasions that my refund is being processed - claiming that a refund is "difficult", and there is a backlog - but as yet no sign of any cash. Paypal offer no solution as the goods were actually received.
