So delighted to receive my amazing Manolo Blahnik x Birkenstock polka dot sandals today. I thought I'd missed out, but thanks to having access to Fashion Concierge at Farfetch my dreams came true! I really felt my loyalty to Farfetch was rewarded on this occasion. Thanks so much.
This was my second Prada order from this site. The first one was an amazing experience -- the product came in a box and the seller from Milan even put in a Prada shopping bag. This second order was fulfilled by Prada Sydney. No plastic covering or anything, they just stuffed the bag in a dust bag that looked like its been reused for ages, then boxed and shipped it. I'm not even sure if this bag is new! No new bag feeling, no leather smell that usually jumps at you when you open a brand new item. I reached out to Farfetch and they said they have no control over their sellers and that I should just return it if I'm not happy. They also said if I return it, I cant choose the next seller to replace it so why do I even bother! But very disappointed on this last purchase. The bag itself though, while I still dont know for 100% that it is brand new, looks fine.
