Me and 3 friends traveled to Greece from southeast US in May 2017. We all booked our flights using the FareDepot.com app. We had no problems. When I first booked, I had entered my email address incorrectly and didn't receive a confirmation. I called when I realized what I did, was able to get someone on the phone fairly quickly, and they resent my confirmation without any problems. I kept track of my flights because the time changed frequently and I had no issues with the airlines. Seems like a lot of people have bad experiences but my experience was the complete opposite so I wanted to share.

They are very professional and helpful with my inquiry. They always call back when they said they would get back to me.

I will call again for any future travel plans :)

When I read about all the customer service issues and unexpected cancellations, I was very worried about the FareDepot tickets I had booked. However, my $580 + $20 cancellation insurance tickets worked just fine and saved me a lot of money. I flew out of Portland, OR to London, and then returned from Dublin to Portland, OR. Just as a precaution, I went directly to the airline's website (Air Canada) and provided my passport information for the tickets and also created email notification alerts so that I wouldn't be caught by surprise if there were any changes/cancellations.

It sounds like you people fall into two camps with FareDepot. Those who don't experience any issues, like I did, or you run into hiccups and then it's a nightmare. It's risky, but for us it paid off.

I really like the way they cope with customers. Wonderful service. I really appreciate their work.

I travelled to Prague last month and I booked my tickets online for the first time from FD. The website is very organized and is professional. I faced no issues.

We had to attend for our Old boys Re-union in Miami. The issue was as we are 15 of us so the ticket to Miami seemed too high.

I was quite impressed with the simplicity of finding flights that I was interested in booking and the ease of booking those flights. I was stranded at Chicago airport in the middle of the night and was completely lost because of the airport security; I called Faredepot and Charles one of the customer care executives went beyond his designated duty and arranged everything for. I paid for flights my son had arranged last November from Vancouver to Mumbai. It was a cheap package and involved 3 flight changes and at least 2 airlines - air Canada and air France. All the connections worked well in both directions. Air France lost his luggage, but that is another story...

Before booking with FareDepot, I hesitate a little bit due to the negative reviews but give it a try and booked an airline ticket on 04/01 round trip from MTL to LAX non stop flight which very affordable compares to others, the next day I called FareDepot to ask if a ticket has been issue? A representative name John was answered my call, he is very courteous and genuine, right away he sent me an email with ticket confirmation number along with airline whose assigned the ticket, with these information i have checked with airline and voila my name was there, i am very satisfied with FareDepot, i got very good fare for my ticket and very good services, what i ask more?
