I ordered the Columbia brand UNC quarter zip on December 23. It is now Jan 4 and I still haven't received my item. Tracking doesn't even indicate it is on the way. Order at your own risk. They use the cheapest and worst delivery possible. Be prepared to wait three weeks!
I ordered a NFL jersey from this site. When it arrived there was bad stitching on the name plate. Threads were untrimmed, some of the stitching was loose and jumbled. I highly doubt Nike would allow this sort of quality to leave their facilities. The good thing I can say is that the return process was easy.
Ordered an in-stock item, they charged my credit card and sent confirmation email with order number. I kept checking status of order number, which reflected pending. Week later I happened to look at my credit card statement and saw FansEdge refunded my account the day after I placed the order. They NEVER told me they canceled the order. Called customer service (since order status still reflects "pending" on their site) and she confirmed my order was canceled - apparently they ran out of the item after charging my credit card. So - if you want to know if they canceled your order, you apparently have to check your credit card statement. I guess on the plus side, they did issue an immediate refund, which is why I have them 2 stars instead of 1.

I ordered a jersey on Nov 27 I was charged 10.99 for shipping the tracker said I would receive it on Dec. 7th when I check on it on line it said it would be delivered the 8th ok I just checked the tracker again the tracker has this product leaving Georgia to Dallas and is now sitting in Arizona I live in TN and apparently not coming to the 15th. Why? Fedex told me FanEdge is using the cheapest cost delivery through US postal really 10.99 for US Postal services?

I ordered a Illinois Fighting Illini Nike Primary Logo Intensity Performance Quarter-Zip Jacket a couple weeks ago and when it came I was very disappointed. The material was thin and see through, the seams were horribly sewn, and the design wasn't even the same as advertised on the website. I could tell that the jacket was not produced by Nike and was a fake. Definitely not purchasing from FansEdge again.
Wanted to purchase a PennState t-shirt, all they had was a small (I recieved an email on 9/21/19 showing this shirt, clicked on it and they had only a small?) called their number and was told they didn't know if more were being ordered, keep checking back to see. It cost me $9.99 to return a shirt that was too small, doesn't seem fair as the shirt wasn't described as "athletic fit". Done with this company!
I previously wrote a review of FansEdge about Christmas items not arriving on time and the rep who responded on this website was very helpful. Once my order arrived, I did end up sending one item back; however, I am confused as to why I was credited back less than the cost of the item and the $5.50 shipping charge. I've asked twice now for an explanation (by emailing customer service) from the website and still have not gotten a response.

It's been three days since I've placed my order and no siting of shipment. Website doesn't seem to provide a phone number to actually contact anyone, only an e-mail. My order still says "payment" but it's been taken out of my bank account. Certainly getting worried as most other companies would have shipped by now especially with the holidays. Also, while I'm back on the website it advertises 65% off but there no link to 65% off items. I went to search my Notre Dame Irish and things were discounted but not 65% so I read the details and it said up to 25% off Nike, UA, etc. with free shipping over $40. I am very confused. Where are the 65% off items?

I ordered two garments from FansEdge over a week ago and haven't received them yet. The FedEx package tracking hasn't updated since they sent m the tracking number and the delivery date was scheduled for yesterday. I sent an email to customer service today, so we'll see if they get back with me. These were gifts that I wasn't able to give to my family members over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Why is it you say the estimated shipping time is 3 days? This is not a truthful statement, as it took days for my order to be sent to the shipping company and then an additional eight days for it to be shipped. Extremely disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.
**Update: The estimated shipping date has become even later than before. Previously it was estimated to ship on 12/16, now it is 12/18. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bunch of items from the site on Tuesday. These are presents for Christmas as well as some surprise items for my kids. My boys play flag football and I ordered them hats to wear for the teams they were put on. I chose Fansedge because I liked their merchandise and I could get two day shipping so that my kids would have the hats in time for Sunday's game. I could have used Amazon Prime where I could have gotten the hats in one day - now I really wish I had. I paid $16 for two day shipping specifically with that in mind. I tried to look up my order but kept getting no information other than the items on the order. I finally called the number listed in SiteJabber (thanks for that!) because the number can't be found on their website. The lady I spoke to said that my order wasn't due to be shipped until at best Friday and it would take two business days for me to receive my goods. I was upset by this. I really wanted to give my children a nice surprise for their games. Although the customer service rep was very apologetic, she did nothing to help problem solve my situation other than to say we could cancel the order. I may still do that but based on some of the things I read below, I may not get my money back any time soon. Not sure what I will do at this point but I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order Friday (11/4/2016)... I checked the web everyday to see the status of my order and nothing... 11/8/2016 I get an email stating great news my order has shipped... When I tracked my package using the FedEx tracking number provided, it only stated a FedEx label was created and FedEx had received shipping information... 11/9/2016 I tracked my package and it states it is in Florida and should be delivered to me by end of day 11/15/2016... No need because I wanted those items for the game Sunday I'm traveling out of town to... The only reason I gave them two stars is because I received my last order I placed with them... Looking back on that order it too shipped slow and I ordered those items 2 weeks before I needed them... That order had a scheduled delivery date of Monday and FedEx delivered it the Saturday before... That was the first time I ordered from Fansedge... 11/4/2016 was the last time I will order from Fansedge... I placed an order with Macy's on 11/3/2016. I received those items on 11/8/2016 via UPS... I was afraid I wouldn't because they stated an estimated delivery date of 11/15/2016... I did explain to the chat rep that was placing my order for me that was unacceptable and I may need to cancel my order... I can say Macy's came through, and I wish I had ordered all of my gear from Macy's website... Fansedge just had more of a variety to choose from... I think Fansedge does this due to their free shipping offer... Apparently they feel because the shipping is free they can ship as slow as they want... News flash: I had free shipping with Macy's and I have had free shipping from other sites, and my orders were received in 3-4 days (5 at the latest)...

Made my $200 purchase 9/21/16 and one week later, still no email confirmation of shipment. I called them and was advised it wouldn't ship til 9/29/16 and is coming from FL to CA so it won't be here til another week. 9 calendar days to process an order! The NFL season will be halfway over before I get my gear! Absolutely pitiful! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them, especially when I'm unsure if I got the correct size.

Surprisingly got my order on time, unlike everyone else here. I am shocked that there are no reviews on the sizing of these items! I normally fit into a small or medium. I ordered all mediums here and each and every item I received is severely undersized. Now I will have to pay to return the items and I'm not sure I even want to exchange them because I have no idea if a larger size will even suffice or if they will be just as severely undersized as the items I now have. Think about it before you order from here.

So annoyed! Ordered a personalized jersey on March 29 for an event on April 7. It listed that it 'ships in 3 business days'. So I assumed that it would arrive in 3 business days of the order. No... it is not expected until April 10 on the tracking... yes after the intended event!

FansEdge and Fanatics use FedEx Smart Post Shipping which is absolutely horribly slow! USPS priority or even regular snail mail is faster than FedEx Smart Post! Their items are good, just if you are needing it any time soon, don't expect it for at least 2 weeks, as long as they are using FedEx. I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere for my Alabama gear. I have 2 orders from Fanatics and 1 from FansEdge that I am impatiently waiting for... It's only been a week! I've ordered from other companies at the same time or a couple days later and have gotten the stuff, but they didn't ship through FedEx, only USPS and UPS.

I placed an order on Oct 25th for a xtra large size jersey. At which time, my credit card was charged and shipment should be made within 3 days of the order, per the website shipment information. When I attempted to contact the live chat, I was advised of the hours of operation, while attempting to receive some sort of status on the order, I've received a notice today stating my refund was processed due to the return policy. I never received or returned the item. More importantly, the credit was not posted to my account today. I am very dishearted with this company, as I have ordered from them in the past with no pending issues. I am sad to say, I will not be doing business in the future

I ordered shirts from them and paid for FedEX next day delivery on a Thursday and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. After trying to reach someone in customer service, the only way to reach someone is online. They deny deny deny even with proof that it was next day and I was charged with next day. Then they disconnected my online chat. Do not order from them if you want speedy delivery.
