I ordered a Josh Allen figurine and was sent a little blue plastic man. Is this a joke? There is no easy way to contact this company. They charged me shipping and handling. Do not order from this site! If I am unable to get through to customer service, I'm going through my bank.

I ordered an item as a gift- I still don't have it after it has been promised 3 different days! I've gotten the run around and have NO idea where this is or when it will arrive. ( if ever) I don't care anymore

No response to emails. Shipping took ELEVEN days. That's ridiculous. FansEdge is Walmart version of Fanatics! Trash company.

When I went to return my items, I found out there would be a $9.99 return fee deducted from my return, unless I asked for a store credit. That would be a 100%. I will never order again. Plus my item is not showing returned as of yet (It has been over a week since I placed it in USPS). Once my package is received at the warehouse, it will take an additional 7-10 days in order for my refund to be processed. Lesson learned. I order a-lot of Buckeyes gear from various sites. I will never order from them again.

Their site shows a price with a 30% discount code but when the item is placed in the cart the discount code is not applied and shows "All cart items are excluded from the promotion." Worthless site and dishonest company.

I ordered an item from them weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. The tracking number tells me that only the label has been created and the item has not actually been shipped. There is ZERO communication from the site to clarify the situation, and anytime I try to go through the chat feature on the website, it tells me that it is currently unavailable but their associates will be back shortly. Never, ever have talked to anyone live. Horrible customer service.

I placed an order yesterday and received an email confirmation. A pop up box on the email said "Free shipping sitewide", yet I was charged $13.99 for shipping and another $1.99 for handling. Customer service advised there was nothing they could do about it because it already shipped. There was no option on the site for multiple shipping charges. They're supposedly having someone from the back room call me within 24 hours but I have absolutely no faith in that happening.

Never received the order that I placed. This website is a waste of time. The order statues has said "shipped" for over a month now but according to UPS it hasn't actually shipped. Really disappointed. Don't waste your time ordering through Fanedge.com you won't get your order and they'll send you a ton of junk emails.

I ordered a product because of their promotional code which said 3 to 7 business day shipping. I checked on the order a week later and it would not be shipped until almost a month. I tried to cancel the order however I was told that it was too late. It still had 2 weeks to ship and they are unable to cancel the order? Don't use this company or any Fanatics related company if you need anything on time.

I order a jersey which wasn't on sale, but they were offering free upgrade to next business day shipping. I placed my order and then it showed that it would ship within 5 days. I contacted customer service that said the next business day shipping wasn't available even though the website was marketing it and I offered to send a screenshot. Customer service was not helpful and disconnected the chat twice. I won't be ordering again. Hopefully I get the Birthday present in time...

I'm so fed up with this company. Me and my wife ordered matching custom jerseys to complete our Halloween costume and my wife's came in burnt. All they could tell me was to deal with it myself and make a claim though USPS shipping service. Won't help me out even though I submitted pictures the day I received them. Unfortunately I don't know how this will even turn out. It's been 2 weeks since my order.

I ordered a custom kstate jersey and after providing payment the site timed out. However, my order status says: processing in progress - but that it is. I cannot see anything on my bank site and do not want to order again in fear of getting charged twice. But there has been zero info in helping me or communication!

I will never order from this company again. I placed 1 order with several items, but have to return most of them due to quality and size issues. They have separated my 1 order into 3, so they can charge me $29.97 just for sending them back. I cannot believe a company like this is still in business.

I ordered what I thought were 3 jerseys, and they were t shirts that had dye running that made the color look like it was faded. Also came a week late, when and before I paid it said I would get it in time for the game that I ordered it for. Called right away and they refused to help. They will be losing customers

I was happy to receive my items promptly but customer service after the sale is practically nonexistent. I could not find answers to my questions. The bot and chat were frustrating but not helpful and you cannot talk to anyone. I will not order from them again!

Tip for consumers:
I tried to get help while filling out a return. That is impossible! So… I had to return 2 items separately. I had to take credit for one and pay $9.99 for the other. I wanted to send both back together but didn’t know if I would be charged for each item. The online help was infuriating! Also, I couldn’t get logged into my account and probably tried too many times to reset my password because now I’m kicked off the server.

This site is horrible. I have sent 5 emails and not once have they contacted me back. It's been a month since I placed my ordered also paid the $13.99 shipping cost and yet my order hasn't arrived, and the tracking information they provided me with doesn't pull up any shipment. I requested a refund I do not want the product but still no one has answered my emails.

I ordered a pair of UCLA shorts for $55. They didn't fit. When I went to return, the option was a gift card for only $45. When I bought the same item again, not only did I have to pay the difference but paid for shipping again, even though there was a free shipping code. So I paid an additional $27. How is this fair?
This return policy is terrible. FansEdge should exchange the same item without the consumer having to pay more for it. I do not recommend FansEdge based on their return and refund scheme, which I think takes advantage of people.

Tip for consumers:
Review the refund policy carefully. It is structured to rip you off. It is not a full refund and you have to pay for what they call expedited shipping, even though they offer a free shipping code. This is not a good value for your money.

I shopped at FandEdge this past Christmas because of their advertised 365 day return policy. Unfortunately, tucked away as you scroll down on the site is the message that items shipping "directly from the manufacturer's warehouse" are only returnable for 30 days, with no after Christmas return policy. Why isn't this "exception" at the top of the site where the 365 day return policy is in plain sight? Also, forget, absolutely forget, trying to reach a live person for customer service. This site is second only to FEDEX in being the most ridiculously obstructive site for live customer service. And BTW, FandEdge is the same company as Fanatics, where you will also have return issues. I've learned my lesson. I'll take my business to $#*!'s.

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY! Return Policy is DECEPTIVE. Read the FINE PRINT re: "items that ship directly from manufacturers warehouse". Also, impossible, by design, to reach live customer service.

The product I received was truly terrible, so returning it was a must to at least get some money back. I paid $34.60 for the hat, and understood that $9.99 would be charged for the label (total scam, BUT it was in the fine print). Somehow, the mathematical geniuses at FansEdge decided to refund me $17.06…less than half of the purchase price…. 2 MONTHS after I returned said hat. I've emailed them, but I don't have much hope of that going anywhere. It seems from these other reviews that they just ship out awful products, and still make money off people with their return policy. Will never give their site any of my time or money again.
