After first big order tried again. Im giving one star just to warn that if clothes dont fit you will get zero joy but a headache from crazy making emails back. After first debacle with sizing, I decided to get made to measure dress to avoid problems last time. We did love clothes so thought that would be solution. How silly was I?! Again, nonsense emails saying you measured things wrong arguing with obvious photos that show problem. For me that's another $180 waisted. The cape and over sized shirts beautiful, but customer service once they have your money is rude and insane. So disappointing.

Such a shame sizes not true and the 2 made to measure things dont fit.
It's no use complaining- you will go mad trying to reason with customer service.
Standard clothes come up small. Made to measure come up huge. No comeback on their expensive mistakes.
There is so much to love about this site, but if anything goes wrong with your order they can't be wrong! I brought 2 outfits for my daughter and partner for an Australian Leavers Dinner, plus another dress and extras. The trousers were custom made but different material and terrible fit and jacket too small... Had to get another suit. They refunded trousers. The dresses were extremely tight. They measured up smaller than size stated. After loads of photos showing how much smaller with ruler. They wanted photos with tape measure, then insisted shearing on back made it stretch to size! The cost to send things back was more than buying new dress. I'd have thought they would have at least given a free custom make on buying another dress, but no. Really mean when I spent $100's. Gave up in end. The quality is great, dresses looked just like photos. It was a shame fit not quite right. Fine if small bust but busty girls would have to try custom made. I have made another big order but have been careful with designs that may be for small chested girls and got a couple custom made. Fingers crossed this time. Beautiful fabrics, great designs but go bigger in size. Love clothes but sizing a bit tight for western figures.
Tip for consumers:
Bigger busted girls should probably try custom made... although the custom made boys trousers were wrong material and terrible,lol, but they did refund that mistake. I am giving site another try coz loved quality of dresses. They really do look like photos on site.
