I ordered on October 17,2016 and have emailed and left messages stating the lack of shipping information. In my most recent voicemail I have given them to November 11th to respond or I will proceed to my bank for return of payment. Now in reading most of these reviews, seems to be pattern and will never do business with them again and I will make sure all my friends on Facebook knows of this company as well.

Ok, my fault. I did not read the reviews and probably lost a few $$. My order is open since October and as everybody here no response to mails or calls.
However, if I read the story of the parent here below where a neighbor gave her money to buy a lamp for her kid as a SANTA gift and you never responded... I can only say "burn in hell"

I purchased from them 9/12/16; 866 phone number is now disconnected. They don't ever ship, never respond to voice or email messages, never send a tracking number and yet their site is still live taking orders and taking people's money. They must have a bank account somewhere where the money goes. Why isn't this punishable by law? This is crime. It is fraud and still happening even though the complaints are rampant since early 2016. Who the F shuts these bastards down?

I ordered leggings in March 2016! I messaged them on fb, instagram, called and emailed. No response AND they blocked me from their sites! They took my money and never sent me my product. Scammers! Do NOT buy from this pos company. If I ever figure out a way to bring them down and get my money back you better believe Im going to do it! It still makes me upset 7 months later! Negative stars if it was an option

I received my 3-D Red Wings lamp. Maybe some of you have received yours by now as well.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! $40 for this? Damn thing is no bigger than my hand. Should've canceled when I read the horrible reviews here last month, but kept forgetting because of other live events.

If you can cancel and get your money back through your bank, then do it. Was not worth the price nor the two-month wait.

This place is an absolute joke if not a scam. My order was placed in November. I got an immediate confirmation. As of today, still no merchandise and a check on status says that the order is as yet "unfulfilled". Oh, the money is gone of course. Just no merchandise. No response to email inquiries,; and their customer service representatives "available 24/7/365" apparently consist of a VM line. I will be filing a dispute, etc. But heads-up to anyone thinking that ordering from this ridiculous company.

I too have been duped by this so called company. Made a purchase for $39.95 on 11/22/16, now 11 days later trying to find out about shipment. No one answers phone, no one e-mails back. Contacted my credit card company (American Express) and they are going to refund $$ to me. Good luck to everyone else out there. I also got the supposed address for this company.

Today, Nov. 9, I received a shipment form Fanauthenics that I had ordered on Oct. 10 with a 7-10 day shipment window. So, nearly a month later and with no communication from them based on repeated emails and phone message, it was the wrong item! Since my Oct. 29 review, I contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge and filed a complaint with the FTC. I have no words to describe how bad this experience has been from a consumer standpoint.

Very frustrating to be taken like this. I placed an order on Aug 20th and they were certainly able to take my money immediately but there is no way to contact them. You just get an answering machine and no return call. The online status of my shirt still says not processed. I called Fanatics.com by accident and they told me that this is indeed a fraudulent website and they would assist in reporting it for me.

Terrible customer service. I guess i should feel lucky because i actually got my order but i tried contacting fan authentic numerous times to return it but got no response. I think I will dispute the charge anyway & get my money back because the website advertises money back guarantee within 60 days of shipment. Most reviews state that fan authentic is a scam & they never received there order.

I feel like all I need to write is ditto. Placed order in Oct., 2 days later they took payment. Now after 4 e-mails and lots of phone calls [ one # is disconnected and the other is voice mail] nothing has happened. This was a Christmas gift and I am very angry with this place. It appears this is nothing but a business that scams people, shame on them!

Scammers. Ordered 11/23/2016. Received partial shipment 1/4/2017. Still waiting for the rest of my order. Have left 7 voice messages and 6 email messages. Received one apology message last week. This company is horrible.

Guess I should have looked at this site first - I placed an order on 08/23/16 - Credit Card charged on 08/24/16 - As of today - 09/14/2016 - None of the items have been received - No response to emails or phone calls. Well - Dispute filed with CC and Complaint filed with the MI BBB against this company and I will proceed further with going to the Media if I have to. Their site should be banned - Company shut down. Maybe I will even report this scam to the Police as well.

I ordered two shirts in Oct. 2016, money for the items was removed from my bank account and I only received one shirt. I have left many messages and sent many emails with no return call. Today the phone # is disconnected. How can I get my money back? What a scam

Haven't received order that was placed April 28,2016. Money was taken from my account. I've tried calling and get a voicemail everytime. Leave a message and no one calls back. I've e-mailed multiple times and have received no response. Attached is a picture of what I ordered from the company. I think this company is a scam and is just taking money from people.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this company.

I ordered my leggins from my favorite team in the summer June to be exact since I wanted to have then for the football season... well I still haven't gotten them.
N here I am working football season almost over oh but they charged my acct immediately ugh they never pick up phone or respond to emails!
I need my leggings or money back
Anybody know how to contact them?

Company took money out of my bank account same day. It's been 5 months. Company never even shipped leggings I purchased. Never answered emails or calls. I had to deactivate my bank card and turn the company in for fraud. Hope they get shut down. Seems they are ripping off everyone and getting away with it!

My fault... I picked the wrong size when I ordered... IMMEDIATELY contacted them on their site to let them know... after three times trying to get them to respond... I called and got their automated answering machine and left a VERY detailed message and NEVER received a call back. Right now I am in the process of trying to contact them in order to send the WRONG size back but I don't hold out much hope of a response! They did ship quickly and the merchandise was good quality, but their service SUCKS!

I placed an order on March 26,2016, received my confirmation, then nothing. Literally, NOTHING! It is now November 3,2016, and still no emails or phone calls returned. I will be contacting the Attorney General in my state, as well as the better business bureau. And lastly, contact the sports organization I was attempting to buy merchandise of, so they are aware this business is harming their reputation.

This site is a total scam! I ordered from here because I saw them post a deal on Facebook around the time of the Stanley cup playoffs. Of course they took the money out of my account right away and I never heard one thing about my order after that. The "customer service" number just goes to a fake voicemail where it says that your call will be returned which is a complete lie! I have left 3 voicemails, emailed the customer service email twice and posted on their Facebook page and still nothing! Do not order from this site!

I wanted to purchase leggings from Fan Authentics but the site wouldn't accept my credit cards. So I called and called and called with no call back. They are tied to Raider Fanatics some how and I have ordered from Raider Fanatics before, but this company is really bad customer service. Going to call my bank and alert them of this scam.

Placed order for the Cubs Night Light. Sent email 4 weeks later after not receiving any update besides the order confirmation... no answer. Sent email the following week... no answer. Week 6 after placing my order, called number listed in confirmation email... disconnected. Called # on web site, goes to voicemail... and no answer. Finally order showed up 7 weeks after I ordered it. Also only comes with USB cable when description says you can also plug into wall. Will never order from again.

Placed order - never received material. Company will not answer phone and not respond to emails... Funds were taken from my account the very next day after purchase was made. The bank statement shows "FAN AUTHENTICS *******238 MI". This is a cell number that is no longer in service. Cancelled my credit card and filing a dispute with my bank for a fraudulent charge.

I didn't order anything from this place. I was watching FOX 2 Detroit (News) on 2/9/2017 and the news confronts the owner of FanAuthentics in a story called "Hall of Shame." You'll get to see what the scammer looks like. I feel bad for everyone that got duped. I hope this helps.

Just like many of the other reviews, ordered a long sleeve tee for a Christmas gift. Was immediately charged for the order but no contact ever since and it's been over 2 months. I left voice mails and sent emails and have received no contact. Called my credit card company, disputed the charge and got my money back but this is a total scam! Stay away and DO NOT be fooled by their website!
