Quality products from clothing to man cave decoration. Plenty of teams,schools,colleges,professional sports leagues to choose from. Gifts from infants to seniors. Never had a problem with fanatics.Great deals and sales.Products arrive on time,and have came in great condition! Clothing last. Material doesn't unravel or fade or shrink. I've been a customer for about 15+ years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. I've turned family and friends on to fanatics.👍

Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.

I recently purchased a jersey and a tshirt hoping it would be here in time before my trip to denver. However i purchased it on July 14th didnt ship to the 17th here it is the 24th no idea where the package is. Im sorry but when people drop 100s of dollars on gear shipping should be free. How is it i can get my birth certificate from Wasington State before i get my items hurry the $#*! up this whole add extra days due to delays is bull$#*!.

This is my second time ordering from here. Thought I would give them another chance- wish I didnt. Each time was a gift for my boyfriend. Each time he opened the gift, it was wrong. And I double checked myself before I complain. The first order was a mens large shirt- they sent a size youth large. The second order was a bundle of 2 shirts, one shirt the entire logo is off center (very obvious that it's not suppose to be like that) the logo almost goes into the armpit. And the second shirt was tagged inside as mens large but is clearly a woman's. The logo it girly and doesn't even match the picture in the order. It's so so frustrating and I won't be ordering from here again.

It seems like maybe customer service are working from home and I was pretty much hung up on. After. What else what can I do? Click. I guess working from home you do what you want. He did help but he didn't want too. Spent 1000s on this site. Just noticed the customer service is going way. Down.

Tip for consumers:
Watch the size. They are all completely different! Because it's a pain shipping back ect.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company. I was supposed to get two-day shipping. Item took about two weeks. Fanatics is not trustworthy.

Listen, I'm not big on writing reviews, but I felt compelled here. Bought a "Fanatics Branded Fast Break Replica Jersey - Icon Edition" NBA jersey. When I took it out of the bag the "k" of New York was already peeling off. Was disappointed but ultimately decided to use fabric glue and attach it back on myself. I had gotten it on sale for about $50–you get what you pay for. About a year and a half later I saw NFL jerseys on sale so I figured I'd give it a shot again, hoping my experience before was some kind of flukey mistake. It was not. I bought a "Nike Game Player Jersey" and I could tell immediately upon seeing the product in person that the screen printed numbers and logos were of very poor quality. But I was willing to keep it because, as I said before, you get what you pay for. Although, this time I paid $80, so I was a little more bitter about it. Anyway, I brought the jersey to my closet to hang it up and immediately the screen printed number on the shoulder began to crack. Just awful. Had no choice but to return it. And the final kicker—I didn't even receive a full refund. They charge a $10 fee to send it back to them. So for jerseys, you'll find better quality on a $20 knockoff than you'll find on this site—don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a football jersey for an 8 year old boy. $106. Right? I looked at the sizing chart & got a youth medium. Wow is it small. They need to redo their size chart. They post no reviews on the site so you can't tell from others who have purchased it that it runs way small. Wonder why there are no reviews on the site. Hmmm. Do better

I wish the sports FANATIC site for official college sports clothing had customer reviews. It would help to judge value and sizing etc. Maybe that's why they don't have reviews

So I have been a loyal customer for years. But, when I order something and I pay for quick shipping, I shouldn't get an email 2days later telling me it is estimated to arrive a month and a half after I placed the order. This is highly unexceptable. Then when I try to talk to customer service on there stupid virtual chat, I got the run around until eventually I was disconnected cause of lack of knowledge about said job responsibilities or just trained to be a P. O. S. To customers till they give up. I am tired of this lack of responsibility in this world lately. So in closing I will DEFINITELY be limiting my orders from here until all the lazy asses in the world now get off there $#*! and stop using the Pandemic as an excuse! P.S. I was eventually just given a 30%off coupon to "GO AWAY". LMFAO!

I ordered a Toronto FC shirt from Fanatics and it finally arrived. As I feared the lettering was so crooked it was embarrassing. The entire picture is crooked. I searched the website and found a picture of my order. It looks totally different. The art on the advertised shirt and bigger and straight. This is small and crooked. I went to return it (it showed up 8/5 and has no be worn) and found out that they want me to pay $9.99 for a return label fee. Just as bad, the artwork was put onto a shirt that was wrinkled so the Toronto FC logo will look creased forever. Not happy and I have already had to work harder than the person who made this shirt. I want a credit so I can get a different shirt. I do not want to chance this again. I want to be credited for the price of the shirt and shipping cost.

Ordered my mom a Dallas Cowboys scarf from their website. Took a few days to process, then the tracking stated the item was "shipped", then a few more days went by, then it said "delivered". At this point in time, i'm receiving a lot of parcels. So I went to my complex's parcel lockers, and received nothing from Fanatics! I thought I was the one that was being crazy so I searched all over my place, my car, just to make sure. The package was not here. I double checked the tracking site, and was again met with the "delivered" BS. I contact support and guess what? The item was OUT OF STOCK. Seriously? I feel like they wanted to just hit a lick on me. It honestly doesn't make sense otherwise. How do you even "ship" something that was out of stock? Then have the audacity to claim it was delivered? Oh, I was pissed. Thankfully, the support person gave me my money back so I can now scramble to find a suitable replacement. Completely wasted my time and genuinely just pissed me off. I would've given 1 star had I not gotten my money back. 2 stars.

This company does not give credit back to your credit card when something does not fit. They insist on giving you store credit; when I insisted that they put the money back on my card, they charged a $10.00 service fee; Additionally, they charge way too much for the FSU shoes and other college gear. I won't EVER use them again.

I will never ordr after my last experience. The co they use is awful. The 1st agent stole my package, never recv'd it but Fanatics resent another one. The 2nd delivery agent left my package on the ground at the apartment community mail boxes. I just happen to see text flash across my phone! When I saw the pic of my package on the ground I jumped out of bed to run to the community mailboxes before someone walked up & stole it! As long as they use Roadie for shipping Never, ever again will I order from them! I gave 2 stars bcause they replaced my first stolen package for free, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Tip for consumers:
find out if they are using Roadie before placing your order, if they are I would strongly advise you to NOT order from Fanatics. Roadie is a 3rd party delivery company who has workers who steal your packages or throws them on the ground in public places, nowhere near your home. Total disregard for you or your merchandise. I can't believe Fanatics would stoop so low to use Roadie. I hate it that I can't do business with them for this reason.

I returned an item the same day I received it. I received a text message stating return was received and my money would be refunded in 7 business days. After 10 business days and no refund I contacted customer service. Their automated method indicated no record of my order. I talked to their call center rep who stated I would not receive my refund until a date that was actually 16 business days from the date of return because it takes 7 business days to process the return at the warehouse and 5-7 days to complete the refund of the money.

High prices, slow delivery, poor quality. I imagine the nfl licensing fee is horrendous, but apparently the nfl cares more about $$ than customer satisfaction.

Over the last few months, every single I have tried to purchase online, I constantly have an issue using my fanatics credit card even though it has a zero balance. This has become to get very irritating that I seriously considering using smaller sport shop websites where I will not have to call customer service every single time. I have been a customer for many years and even have introduced it to many friends and family. I am almost certain this will be last purchase made. So irritating especially since I was trying to use a birthday promo that you emailed me. This has happenEd 3 times and that is the magic number for me to stop dealing with the same issue. I ordered the Retro Colorado Av jersey Nov 15th. Received notification that it shipped Dec 6th and Expected delivery of Dec 14th. When I didn't get it by then & couldn't get get any status updates, I contacted NHL.com (which was very difficult to get to a human rep), I was told after 24hrs if product isn't scanned after the shipment notification, then it's assumed lost, money refunded & 30% off coupon issued. That doesn't help me now, just a few days before Christmas! Now the jersey is sold out EVERYWHERE! That was the only thing my fiancé asked for for Christmas!

I placed an order and money was taken from my account. When I try to track my order it tells me that order number doesnt exist. I tried their live chart which is a robot you can not get around. There is no customer service number listed on their site. So now I'm out $55 dollars and my husbands birthday present. I dont even know how to contact them for a refund.

I just received my Yankees masks 9/2/2020 which I order them on 7/18/2020. For the first time, I am very unsatisfied with these products from Fanatics. And when I was trying to return them the company is charging me 9.99 for return labeling fee. Masks are too small, poor quality and does not fit the description from their website.

I ordered a mesh, trucker style hat recently that was a Fanatics branded item that I was really disappointed in for the quality. The mesh part feels like fishing line and is bright white that bends oddly. The front of the hat is very creased and doesn't fit right when wearing along with an oversized logo. I ordered a very similar hat from Fanatics but a New Era brand and it was great. Their ordering experience is easy and shipping is fast but the branded products are not worth it in my opinion. Worse is now I have a $9.99 return fee to send this back, even when I bought a new item.

We ordered 2 NHL Blue Jackets jerseys clearly labeled as authentic on their site. However, one came with a tag labeled "LNH", clearly not authentic. I contacted the company who said they had another in stock and could ship immediately. However, after 3 weeks so Jersey so I contacted again. They told me although in stock they cannot ship for another month. So maybe it will ship 6-7 weeks after requested and is IN STOCK. When I said I would not return the first jersey until the new one arrives I was told then they would not pay for the shipping. I'm truly disappointed in this customer service and no longer believe items from this company are authentic. We will not be using them again.

I recently received 4 items from Fanatics, ahead of the start of the new college football season... a hoodie, 2 long sleeve shirts and 1 short sleeved T.
All 4 items ordered XL and while labelled XL, are no bigger than L... and that's before I wash them!
Its been a while since I used Fanatics, perhaps 2 years, and WOW - what a DROP in quality.
The last hoodie I ordered perhaps 3 years ago was cotton, authentic, well made, fit great. I just ordered the "like for like" replacement, which was about the same price, but this time it arrive under sized, made of shiny nylon, instead of it being Crimson, it was more "pinky red" - I doubt very much this is officially licensed clothing - horrible!
The 2 long sleeve shirts are under sized, and the lettering / logo are already damaged and poor quality.
The T shirt is terriibly poor material, and under sized.
I will not be using this company again!

Tip for consumers:
Take a real close look at the product images, their quality and what they are made of. If they are officially licensed merchandise or not. The items I received are more like Chinese knock offs from Wish!

I ordered White sox playoff gear from fanatics since i got an Email saying "get your playoff gear in time for playoffs" so i order it the day the sox make it to the playoffs and get 2-4 day shipping then after i purchase it, it says it wont arrive till October 8th? Playoffs more than likely will be done for the sox by then? So why have the gear? Terrible on their shipping days.
