Holy guacamole my son's 48v ATV is awesome. He is LOVING it. We take it to the local parks and he is burning around on it in our neighbourhood. It is legit FAST. He is 5 and already learning so much about manoeuvring a vehicle and road rules etc. He is very respectful when around others and wears his helmet.
I am so disappointed in this company willing to fix an issue that is a manufacturing issue. The weight limit was never exceeded, our 7 year old only daughter weighs 67 pounds. This was a birthday gift that our entire family pitched into to purchase for her and she barley got to enjoy it for 24 days, the corner of the frame had snapped. The front light came broken, fell off the first time she rode it. Not to mention the "surprise $140 extra fee for delivery"" added fee to get this delivered after we paid for express shipping, we also paid for them to unload it and my husband had to meet him down the street at a dollar general and put it in our vehicle and unload it him self since they ONLY deliver on 18wheelers and they were not able to come down our road or driveway (it's is paved 2 lane road). That little fact alone should be mentioned on your website. They offered a reimbursement of $30 to fix the frame, NO welder will fix this for $30 or less. Especially not one that will provide an invoice. We will never purchase another product from this company. So disappointed and left a little girl so upset she is not able to use her birthday present, let alone a waste of almost $1500. We work extremely hard, for money to be wasted in this economy.
While their customer service is not necessarily the best; I'm going to put it down to the pandemic and all the craziness the lockdown has caused. They did get me my order after a few hiccups. I would suggest y'all find a local shop to put yours together when you get it. Took ours to Hagerstown Moped, they assembled it within hours (they sell the smaller Tao's so have experience with these). These atvs may not be 4 wheel drives but they go just about anywhere and run great! And we didn't have to pay $6 -$9 grand for a brand new atv. No real surprises here. They called me twice to finalize shipping, but those were easy calls. I assembled the dirt bike myself, and it was about as hard as I expected. The dirt bike looks and performs great, and my son loves it. The only downside is that I now have a metal shipping frame to dispose of, and I had not counted on that. Otherwise, this has been a great experience, and I would definitely do it again.
I love it, thought would be smaller but fits perfectly. Runs beautiful sounds nice. Was missing pieces, but just went to the auto store. I wouldnt want anything bigger or smaller height or engine size. Just what i was looking for
I am still waiting on my order but it's good prices. Very good gokarts for very good price you can buy one for you in the family.
The company is great and customer service was top notch... my only issue is there were no instructions on how to put this thing together.
Luckily I am handy and had quads and bikes my entire life so it went together in about 2 hours... a. video or manual would have come in handy.
Other than that... very solid bike!
The quality is much nicer than I expected being a Chinese bike. Ride is nice so far. Never received a shipping email or confirmation but was called by the shipping company day before arrival and received the dirt bike in less than a week from order
Bought for my nephew shipping took a little long but it was well worth it. Shipping was smooth and the carrier was great! Except it advertises with turn signals, high and low beams, and disc brakes, but has none of the above.
I titled this because we just out it together last night. The owners manual is a little difficult to read for a beginner. Also, I could not find wear it says what kind of oil to use (like I said, beginner) also, we could not get it started yet. I have faith that it will work tonight when we try again. If so, my son is going to LOVE it. I will as well!
Great 4 wheeler just No Parts list and assembly instruction's had to guess where every bolt went. Front brakes hard to adjust, cable adjustments were not long enough, had to adjust at drums then us cable adjusters to fine tune. If you don't have any mechanical experience it will be hard to assemble. Bike is a 5 star after done pour assembly instruction.
Very happy with this purchase, Family Go Karts was very helpful throughout the process, this is my second purchase and will be ordering from them again
I had a very excellent online experience, but, after my purchase, I received an email with steps to follow which included calling in to verify my order. When I did so I found the representative to be somewhat rude! No people skills whatsoever!
The shipment was delivered in 3 days from the day I verified the order which baffled me because I did not purchase the expedited shipping. I cannot review to item I purchased at this time because it was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Do not let the rudeness of the representative deter you from shopping here!
Received package within a week. Contents were in good shape. Engine cranked easily and runs smoothly.
